Apartment building
Hančík, Dominik ; Navrátil, Michal (referee) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the town of Kunovice near Uherské Hradiště. It is a free-standing building, which is sunk into the terrain, which results from several character buildings. The building has a basement over its entire area and this part has the entire basement space, followed by 3 individuals above ground floor. The change of the floor is designed so that there are two residential units on its area, the size is then filled from the exact location on each floor, but it is possible to live in six families. All these housing units are designed in connection with the concept of an intense green roof. You can look structurally in the buildings from the point of view of a classic brick building, but the basement masonry and the internal dividing structures of this floor are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic vertical structures. The other perimeter masonry is made of precise cut ceramic faces. The character of the dividing inner load-bearing walls, inter-apartment walls is conceived from the point of view of the acoustic resistance of these parts, for this reason these constructions are solved with the help of precise acoustic shapes. The ceiling structure of the apartment building in all floors is designed as a reinforced concrete slab. The roof structure of the apartment building is designed as a flat intensive green roof with a slope of 3 %. Drainage of this structure is with the help of roof heated drains, located in the places of residential cores. The entire perimeter of the roof structure is lined with an attic, which is followed by a dominant railing. The facade of the building will be made with a double character, where the plinth part is made of facade structural paint with the character of concrete screeds, the other parts of the building will then be provided with silicone facade plaster with the given structure.

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documetation for the construstion of a new apartment building in Litomyšl. The city is located in Pardubice region. The apartment building has three above-ground floors. The house is non-cellular. The object contains six apartment units. The house is located in a sloping terrain. The building is based on a concrete monolithic strip foundation and footings. The perimeter masonry is out of the system VELOX, which consists of štěpkocement board. The boards form a lost formwork fulfilled concrete core, in which the thermal insulation of the stabilized expanded polystyrene with addition graphite is incorporated. The celling construction is constituted of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, which are reinforced by a cross or one-way. The walls in the contact with the soil are made from the lost formwork of štěpkocement boards fulfilled with a concrete core with thermal insulation extruded polystyrene in the backsplash zone. Above this level there will be an insulation of non-flamble mineral wool. The roof is warmflat and its stabilizing layer is made of fluvial aggregate. On the roof a roof garden with a layer of plastic tercce planks is placed.

The flat single-skin roof is insulated with polystyrene foam in several layers and loaded with a layer of aggregate. The vertical construction system is made of THERM ceramic blocks. The perimeter cladding is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system with facade expanded polystyrene. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The perimeter walls in the basement are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The bachelor's thesis contains project documentation for this construction.
Apartment building
Fric, Marek ; Navrátil, Michal (referee) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis processes documentation in the stage for the implementation of the construction for a new apartment building. The designed object is located near Prague, in the village of Dolní Lomnice u Kunic. The project adresses modernization and construction of the village center, which is planed in several stages. The building contains of five apartments and one underground floor in which storage, technological and common rooms are located. There are also cellars used for storage for each housing unit. The apartments are designed in very variable layouts ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk. In the first floor are located apartments with categories 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk. In the second floor are located apartmetnts with categories 5+kk (duplex apartment) and 1+kk. Each apartment is provided with a large terrace or balcony. Apartments in the first floor oriented to the northwest (east) also have a front garden. Apartment building is based on flat foundations of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The core of the object (stairwell and lift shaft) are also made of monolithic reinforced concrete walls. The load-bearing structures are designed as masonry from classic and sound-insulating brick blocks. Non-load-bearing are made either of brick blocks of thickness 140 mm or 80 mm, or as a lightweight SDK constructions. Object is insulated according to need by ventilated facade cladding and a system of green walls. The ceilling is made of reinforced concrete monolithic equipped with SDK soffit either directly anchored or suspended. The flat roof is vegetated, and partly made as a terrace. The windows and the outer door are made of aluminum and glazed with insulating triple glazing.
Influence of the grease aging to its behavior in the vicinity of the elastohydrodynamic contact
Navrátil, Marek ; Dzimko, Marián (referee) ; Košťál, David (advisor)
This thesis aims to describe the differences in grease behaviour caused by degradation. Observation of EHL contact and its surroundings is done using optical fluorescence, which allows to measure lubricant thickness even if it is discontinuous and air is present. New grease is observed, along with samples aged in bearings. One sample was worked for 1000 hours, which was the planned duration of the experiment. Two other samples were stopped prematurely after approx. 900 hours. Several possible age-related factors were examined and strong link between contamination and grease behaviour was found. In observed cases, contamination was identified to be the leading cause of lubricant shortage near EHL contact, which is one of possible bearing failure causes. The results expand existing knowledge about grease lubrication topic, but much further research is needed.
