The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. It is an object with four above-ground floors and one underground floor. There are 9 flats on the above-ground floors, garages and storage facilities with technical equipment of the building are located in the underground floor. Garages are designed as a separate parking space, a total of 8. Each floor has a balcony (or terrace), which gradually with the floors recedes into the area of apartments. The roof above the 4th floor is designed as a single-layer flat. The building is designed from the YTONG system both perimeter walls and ceiling structures

The building has 2 floors above ground and one underground floor. The building is located in the inner city of Ostrava. The interior spaces provide 5 functional surgeries, laboratories for the production of dental supplies and office spaces located on the 2.NP floor. The building serves as a medical facility. The building is barrier-free thanks to the used elevator and meeting the internal parameters.
