The project is submitting technological steps for producing from the sheet metal forming sheet iron 17 240. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of the sheet metal forming, cutting and calculation was designed cutting with processual tool. Cutting die is using of standardised component. Cutting die are produced from alloyed instrumental steel 19 436.
Forging production of Holder of steering pivot

MOUDRÝ Michal: Forging production of holder of steering pivot The project was elaborated in frame of engineering studies branch 2307. The aim of the project was to propose design of technology production of steering pivot holder using solid forming of steel 12 040.0. Based on literary study on die forging and made calculations forging on a vertical crank press LMZ 1000 with nominal forging force of 10MN was designed (producer ŠMERAL Brno). Lower and upper ejectors are used for ejection of components. Induction furnace type SOP 250/6-A30 P/L/T will be used for heating of the raw material. Trimming will be performed using trimming press LDO 315 A/S with press force of 3,15 MN. Dies are made of instrumental steel 19 663.9, for their clamping die clamping device QLZK 1000/UC will be used. Analysis of forging disagreement

This diploma thesis deals with the generation of the different drope stampings in industrial process in MBNS Kovárna Company. The main purpose of this thesis is analysis of the industrial process and finding the main factors influences on the process. It especially deals with forgings of the shafts and also flanges with the similar quality of material 42CrMo4. Reasons of the disagreements are focused on surface insensibilities of the forging - crack. First theoretic part introduces company, meaning of the quality of material and describes tools used for finding reasons of the generation of disagreements. In the second practical part is described the whole industrial process and determination of the reasons of disagreements. In concluding part the results are analyzed and some correctional recommendations are suggested.

Design of motorized optical system used for focusing of a laser beam

This diploma thesis deals with the structural and optomechanical design of automatization of focusing laser beam for a remote laser spectroscopy device. The chosen solution uses an active rangefinder and a rotary unit to control the change of the focus plane of the device's optic system. The dependence of the focus plane’s change on the shift of lens in the focus plane was practically measured. For proper control of the rotary unit, this dependency is needed. Structural parts were made based on the created drawing documentation. The structural parts were mounted in the existing assembly of the device together with the purchased components. The proposed solution enables a change of the optical system, for example, in order to obtain a more appropriate range of focal planes.
Production of door holder by bending

The project elaborated in frame of bachelor studies branch 2303R002 is submitting design of Production technology of door holder made from sheet-metal quality 11 373. The batch is 50 000 pc. per year. On the basis of literature study was made possible production technology analyse. The result is 5-steps production technology. For technology project, which is concerned, were done technology calculations as well as calculations of shearing and bending pressures. The next there were determined possible forming machines eccentric presses LEN (producer TOMA Trnava). For each from production steps was designed progressive shearing die conception, bending die for pre-bending of hinge eye as well for final bending and ideological design of bending die for bending of side holder.
Characterization of semiconducting nanowires

This diploma thesis is focused on characterization of semiconductive nanowires. Theoretical part of thesis deals with basic physical properties of TiO2 and a search of selected properties of titanium dioxide nanostructures is preseted. The experimental part describes several spectroscopic measurements carried out with complex of TiO2 nanowires. The influence of gold nanoparticles (deposited on the nanowire surface) on sample properties is also tested. The final part of thesis is devoted to methodology for measurement of electrical properties. These experiments are carried out only with one nanowire. Focused electron beam induced deposition (resp. Focused ion beam induced deposition) and electron lithography are utilized.
Optimisation of experimental parameters for double-pulse LIBS

Diploma thesis presents the description of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) analytical method. The possibility to decrease LIBS detection limits using double pulse LIBS (DP-LIBS) is also detailed. Properties of laser induced plasma (LIP) are discussed. Thesis describes the optimisation process of DP-LIBS setup at laser spectroscopy laboratory of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology. Optimisation was carried out for detection of chrome in steel with respect to detection limits and ablation crater size. Optimised DP-LIBS setup is appropriate for mapping chrome distribution in steel samples.
Production technology of part OPENER

The project elaborated in frame of bachelor’s studies branch B-STG is submitting design of technology production of the cutting – a part made of steel plate S235JR (ČSN 11 375). Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of the cutting technology and calculation was designed shearing on the follow cutting tool. The instrument make use of standardized components and it is adapted to attached into the press LEN 40 C (producer TOMA INDUSTRIES), with nominal tensile force 400 kN. Blanking punch and blanking die are made of alloyed instrumental steel 19 436.9 (POLDI 2002), heat-worked according to drawing documentation.
