Laboratory task of motion control during hanget object transportation
Pražák, Ondřej ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with automatic control of transferring suspended objects. It is a strongly oscillating system for which a physical trial model has been made. An application has been made for this model, which controls this system by means of PLC, frequency inverter and operating panel, everything by Siemens.
Methods of Technical Diagnostics
Klusáček, Stanislav ; Ďaďo, Stanislav (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
The main objective of the presented thesis is to contribute to the development of diagnostic methods for piezoelectric sensor testing. The thesis describes the methods for piezoelectric sensors microcracks identification and diagnostics. The core of the thesis presents the development of a knock sensor prototype, design of suitable methods for the knock sensors diagnosis and evaluation of developed methods with focus on detection of microcracks in the sensor piezoceramic. The last part of the thesis deals with the influence of cracks and splits on the measured data from the piezoelectric transducer. The presented methods are focusing on impedance measurements and sensors frequency response measurements. Known properties of used piezoelectric material as an information source for measurement and diagnosis are provided. The main result of the work is the evaluation of the methods developed for the piezoelectric sensors self-diagnosis.
Motion control during hanged object transportation
Richter, Jan ; Davidová, Olga (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
The Diploma Thesis focuses on examination of most suitable optionsof movement regulation of pendent object from the perspective of various requirements on the course of the process as such. The environment of Matlab-Simulink was used for the analysis. The first part of the Thesis deals with the creation of the model of the whole system and creation of additional models of systems with similar, highly oscillating behaviour. The central part of the Thesis focuses on the design of suitable methods of movement regulation during translocation of the pendent object, which is tested on a simple model of travelling monkey. Four approaches to the problem solving were chosen: simple regulation by PID regulator, branched regulation, state regulation and predicative regulation. All solving options are being analysed and optimised and their results mutually compared according to requirements defined, such as: speed of the process, fluency of the movement, small pose overshoot or small angle of rope deflection.
Models and simulations of the emission-free mini-excavator with electric drive
Matiaško, Dušan ; Cejpek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
The diploma thesis dealt with a partial problem of conversion of the mini-excavator E19 by Bobcat with an internal combustion engine to emission-free propulsion. The main task was design and construction of electrical and hydraulic circuits focusing on the drive of a mini-excavator. The simulations verified the properties and behavior of the mini-excavator under different conditions and initial settings. The results were comfirmed by experimental measurements. The output of the simulations recommended adjustments to the values of individual parameters depending on the travel speed but also the efficiency of the entire machine.
Generating time behaviour by the help of programmable logic controller
Novák, Michal ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
In this bachelor thesis The laboratory process of generating time processing is described by a programmable Simatic C7. Maschine controlling and displaying of important information is implemented by an operator panel. This bachelor thesis describes the process of programming in the Step 7 programming environment and The Step by Step configuration of the applicaton.
Knot unit for casing, device technical design and its automatic control
Šimeček, Jiří ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
My diploma work deals with the project and the construction of prototype machinery into food-processing industry which serves for knotting of frankfurther casings. This knot is make on uneatable frankfurther casing of which is shirring a peg. Diploma work I separated into several parst. In the firts part I inscribe to project of principle of knotting. In other part I prefer instrumentation components and automation function, algorithms of operating, solution to automation problems and realization of application program. This work is complete any program in Visilogic.
Double arm juggling machine movement cotrol
Janeček, Jan ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
The diploma thesis is a part of the project Intelligent double arm juggling machine. The project is divided into two diploma thesis. This thesis deals with the motion control of juggling arms. Information about hardware and software resources used in this project is in the first part of thesis. There is explanation of the control loop, explanation of used communication protocols and implementation of program proceeding in the second part of thesis.
Family house environmental-friendly heating
Kocman, Luděk ; Neterda, Zdeněk (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with problem of family house environmental-friendly heating. The theoretic part contains an introduction and it describes options of heating with heat pumps, biomass boilers and solar systems. The practical part rates economy of heat pump working in years 2004-2009. It contains proposal of heating solution in 2010.
