Concept of Fast Charging Station with Accumulation for Electric Vehicles
Miškovský, Ján ; Morávek, Jan (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
Main purpose of the thesis is the creation of a concept a fast-charging station associated with accumulation that uses renewable source. The introduction of the thesis describes a standard that specifies the charge of electric vehicles using direct and alternating current as well. It depicts an overview of using charging connectors. The first part also deals with overview of the technology of renewable sources and exploitation energy storage system for charging station. The second part introduces the theoretical basement for mathematical model of the charging station in Matlab/Simulink. The function of model station is verified by a physical laboratory model. For options verification of the connection station to the distribution net is created simulation of voltage losses in Matlab/Simulink. The thesis shows four 24 hours’ scenarios that have been simulated. According to the assumptions of simulation, the technology of station and connecting component is suggested. Next is the designed energy and financial analysis of the project charging station until 2030.
Plan of grid connection for small hydroelectric power plant
Miškovský, Ján ; Wasserbauer, Vojtěch (referee) ; Radil, Lukáš (advisor)
The purpose of the thesis is a plan of grid connection for a small hydroelectric power plant in Rastak. The introduction briefly analyses the scheme, MVE, description of the particular constructive parts and specified technical equipment as well. The main goals of the study were choice of suitable transformer, the proper VN substation as well as a plan of overhead power lines. Particular attention was paid to: figuring the short circuit current and mechanical strain, the best choice of electric field VN substation for MVE, the transformer connection in the point VN substation and geometrical measurement of its power line with 35 kV voltage summing up, it can be concluded that above mentioned is crucial to cooling of the transformer in Raštak.
Analysis of election results of pro-russian political parties in Estonia and Latvia
Škodák, Josef ; Jelen, Libor (advisor) ; Miškovský, Josef (referee)
5 Abstract This paper examines the electoral performance of pro-Russian political parties in two former USSR countries - Estonia and Latvia. Tensions between the large Russian- speaking minority and the majority population create a strong ethnic cleavage. This has given rise to the pro-Russian political parties that will be the focus of this paper. Its aim is to evaluate the electoral results and to find the geographical conditionality of electoral support for these parties in the last two parliamentary elections. The thesis also introduces the different pro-Russian parties and presents the concept of the identity of the Russian- speaking minority. In the analytical part, maps of electoral support are created from the election results and cores of electoral support are found. The thesis also describes the development of electoral support and examines the dependence between the results of pro-Russian parties and the national composition. Keywords Pro-russian parties, Baltics, Russians, electoral support

The analyse of selected strategic documents
Hoštičková, Edita ; Perlín, Radim (advisor) ; Miškovský, Josef (referee)
This diploma thesis researches which activities state cities in their strategic or action plans. In the thesis is tested if these activities correspond with questions solved in analytical parts, especially SWOT analyzes. Selected cities are: Hodonín, Krnov, Nový Jičín, Sokolov, Havlíčkův Brod, Klatovy, Jindřichův Hradec, Žďár nad Sázavou, Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav, Otrokovice, Bílina, Rakovník, Dvůr Králové nad Labem, Česká Třebová and Varnsdorf. The main method used in this diploma thesis is the in-depth analysis of strategic and action plans. On the basis this method was found that the activities mostly correspond to the analytical part. But preferentially are realised projects, for which can be used funding from grants, some cities state it directly in their strategic documents. The researching cities focus on the transport, the public administration and the communication with the public and the recreation and the tourism. By contrast, neglected areas are health services, the environment and the culture. Based on the focus of their strategic plans, cities were divided into four groups, these groups were then tested on effects of various factors. Tested factors are the location and the author, nor one of them has been confirmed statistically significant influence on the orientation of...
The use of biochemical methods for adult age-at-death estimation compared to the traditional morphological methods
Miškovský, Jakub ; Kotěrová, Anežka (advisor) ; Šolc, Roman (referee)
The abstract The first mentions of various methods of estimating a person's age-at-death expectancy based on his skeletal remains are as old as forensic science itself. Estimation of a person's lage-at-death estimation is an integral part of his biological profile and many other data about a given individual can be derived from it. The estimate for the remains of adults is much more complex, inaccurate and less reliable than expectancy for the remains of children, as morphological changes are not as progressive as during adolescence. Classical morphological methods allow estimation only in wide age intervals. However, there are several methods based on chemical or molecular basis that can be used to estimate the age of adults. The aim of this bachelor thesis is a general summary of principles and methods based on macroscopic visual evaluation of skeletal indicators, as well as chemical, biochemical or molecular methods and their mutual comparison with an indication of their advantages, limits and disadvantages. The key words: age at death estimation, biological profile, methods of age estimation, DNA methylation, racemization of aspartic acid
The role of territorial development actors in brownfields revitalization in Sušice
Bouzek, Filip ; Perlín, Radim (advisor) ; Miškovský, Josef (referee)
This thesis deals with the role of actors involved in brownfield revitalization in the town of Sušice. Specifically, it concerns the revitalization of the former Solo Sušice and former maternity hospital. These old unused buildings and lands necessarily need revitalize and find new functional uses. The role of actors can have a key influence on the regeneration of both monitored areas themselves. The work discusses mainly cooperation, communication and consensus between public administration, the private sector and the public. The theoretical part is focused on institutional theories, factors of territorial development, actors of spatial development, management of city administration and use of spatial development documents. In the empirical part, brownfields in Sušice are presented and the results obtained through interviews, questionnaire and development document analysis are presented. Research has shown a very different role for actors involved in revitalization. In Sušice, the most important role is played by the association My ze Sušice. On the contrary, public administration seems to be rigid and has no interest in revitalization. Keywords: brownfields; actors of urban planning; urban plan; urban regeneration; Sušice
Participation of local actors into strategic planning
Borovková, Sylvie ; Perlín, Radim (advisor) ; Miškovský, Josef (referee)
Strategic planning is currently a widespread tool for territorial development. Strategic plans can be used to plan activities, but they can also be a means of participation. Ideally, strategic planning should be based on mutual learning while the strategic plan should be a result of mutual consensus. In practice, we are dealing with the predominantly expert and predominantly community-based way of implementation, which differs through the involvement of local actors. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether communication and cooperation of the public administration with the non-profit secotr, private sector and the public sector works; and whether is the process of elaboration of the strategic plan and its implementation functional. How does this communication and co-operation take place and whether it has a contribution to the local community and i fit fundamentally changes the structure of the implemented activities. Four cities, which have appropriate conditions for the involvement of local actors, have been selected for the purposes of research. The main research method used was semi-structured interviews with trade union leaders in charge of strategic planning and with local actors who were either involved in the processing or their activity was locally important. In two of the cities,...
