This thesis deals with an initial public offering, also known by the English abbreviation IPO, which is one of the company's financing ways. Basic concepts, preparation phases, and overall realization of IPO are explained in a theoretical part at the beginning of this work. The second part of the thesis focuses on companies on the Czech capital market where IPO has been realized since 2010.

The bachelors thesis is centered on the evaluation of a financial situation of a company H.N. Motor s.r.o. throughout years of 2015 to 2019 and suggestions, that should lead to the bussiness further improvement. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical basis, where the chosen methods of analysis are described. The second practical part is about the application of these methods on the stated company and then rating of their results. The third chapter is focused on drafts, which should lead to the financial improvement of said company.

The folowing work deals with primary public issue of stocks - an external financial source of business activities. This source of finance is defined to the reader as: there are explained advantages and disadvantages of IPO Process, including supposition of succesful enter to the stock exchange. This work is concretly oriented on Pre-filing phase of a company for an enter to the stock exchange with the aim to set a procedure of IPO Process and apply it to a concrete company.

This master´s thesis deals with evaluation of an investment plan of technological company KOVOLIT a.s., that considers replacement of currently used handling equipment in it´s operations. Feasibility of the investment is evaluated by using chosen tools for evaluating of investment effectiveness in order to decide whether the investment is suitable for the company.

This master’s thesis’ objective is to analyze the economical situation of the specific company LIPAN A EURO, a.s. There are used methods of financial and economical analysis to examination of a proposal in this thesis. The first part of the thesis comprises theoretical fundamentals of the financial and economical analysis. The next part represents application of financial and economical analysis methods to assess the economical situation of the specific company. Summary gathers the general economical situation of the specific company and proposals to its improvement.

These Bachelor thesys is aimed on financial health analysis of company Dusab, spol. s.r.o. with asistence of financial analysis tools. The work is also evaluating company recent economical and marketing situation. Other goal of my thesys is drafting business plan, which aim is increasing of company overal turnover and work productivity to make the company Dusab, spol. s.r.o. successful. On the bases of this analysis there are proposed some solutions and last but not least part of the thesys is creating of the new web pages.

The Bachelor thesis is aimed at evaluating the financial situation of AIRCRAFT INDUSTRIES, a. s. in 2018, 2019 and 2020. The first part of the Bachelor thesis focuses on theory, where individual methods of financial analysis such as indicators etc. are discussed. The next part presents a brief characterization of the selected enterprise. In the practical part, financial indicators are then applied to the selected company. On the basis of an assessment of the facts, recommendations will be proposed in the last section to improve the financial situation of the firm.
