Integrated MEMS accelerometers
Schimitzek, Aleš ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is familiar with MEMS accelerometers, the selection of two suitable accelerometers, which would be put to use robots micromouse. Selected two accelerometers to compare and evaluate between the two accelerometers.
Process models in Control Web 6
Jirčák, Ondřej ; Nykodým, Libor (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor work is to propose and create two new educational models. The models are realized in the development system Control Web 6 produced by the Czech company Moravské přístroje. For showing a functionality of the models the stored-program controller Siemens Simatic S7 - 200 CPU224XP, connected to PC through DataLab IO, was used.
Design of a small vibration exciter
Palík, Václav ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to design a small vibration exciter. The research part is devoted to researching the market and the availability of different exciters. Furthermore, the work deals separately with the design of electro-magnetic and mechanical parts of the exciter. The design of the exciter is valorised, and the possibilities of its use are evaluated.
Experimental workplace of controlled drive with high dynamics
Rozkošný, Miroslav ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
My diploma thesis deals with the basic principle of the frequency inverter and his construnction. In the next section are analyze the basic properties and characteristics of the using equipment. The main part of this thesis is to investigate the dynamic properties of asynchronous electric motor controlled by a frequency inverter using STARTER. The results of experiments are compared and analyzed.
Fourlegged racer robot design
Barcaj, Adam ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the main components of the BIOLOID kit, the development environment RoboPlus and subsequent construction of a fourlegged robot. The aim was to construct and vitalize a fourlegged robot, that would explore the potential not only of the kit as such, but also of the development environment that has been created for this kit, and thereby verify applicability of the individual components and the development environment in the robotic football RoboCup.
Milling machine
Homola, Stanislav ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This goal of the diploma thesis is to design, to construct and write control program for CNC milling machine designed for machining aluminum, wood and plastic. Entire structure of machine is designed and made of steel. The main table consists of an aluminum plate and aluminum structural profiles. Spindle of milling machine is a high speed motor from ATAS a.s. company. Milling machine is controlled by the program made in TwinCAT environment from Beckhoff Automation GmbH & Co. KG.
Finding the network architecture for alarm transmission system LAN-RING
Mikšíček, Pavel ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with a complex solution for the visualization of network topology. The first part of thesis describes the operation principle of LLDP protocol, which was chosen as a tool for retrieving informations from network traffic based on the requirement of the assignment. There is a detailed description of the LLDP protocol implementation in C language to METEL s.r.o. network products. The second part deals with possibilities of graphical interface in software SIMULand intended for managing network devices. It describes tools expansion process for the visualization of the network topology. In conclusion, the results of testing final solution are introduced.
Inverted pendulum control
Daněk, Petr ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with inverse pendulum control. There are described types of inverse pendulums, used power electronics, sensors and their connection to the MF624 control card and to external hardware. Further is described the identification of parameters, including the assembly of a custom algorithm for identification of viscous friction in the pendulum rotary coupling. For identification of moments of inertia are used 3D CAD models, where the thesis describes also use of these models for VRML visualization. The thesis also describes how to build a dynamic model by using Matlab-Simulink and the Simscape-Multibody toolbox. This model is further used in design of the controller using LQR and its simulation testing. The controller is complemented by swing-up algorithm, security elements and MF624 driver interface is designed. The control is tested on a real inverse pendulum assembly and implemented in external hardware.
Autonomous RC ship model
Jevická, Barbora ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with working on development kit, which is used for RC ship model. The basis are programmable Nucleo STM32 microcontrollers, to which other used modules are connected. The goal is to test each component and create system for navigation of the ship and wireless communication between controller and ship. GPS module and compass are used to navigate and determine the direction of the ship. Controller and ship can communicate through bidirectional wireless modules with antenna. The RC ship model can be switched between manual and autonomous modes. The main result of this thesis is autonomous movement of the ship on to a predetermined GPS coordinates and parallel communication with the user.
Temperature control und monitoring of laboratory kiln
Dvořák, Pavel ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor work is to create a laboratory training which is made for teaching and demonstration laboratory furnace temperature control with applications created in Control Web 6.1 The role includes the regulation and capture waveforms measured and desired temperatures, allows the timing of the required temperature. The application is processed for example burning of small products. Allows archiving of temperature distribution and also monitoring the instantaneous values of the desired and measured temperatures with the possibility of switching heating via the Internet. The thesis presents a proposal for linking laboratory furnace with a computer using the input output module DataLab
