Production of anchor foot
Janda, Petr ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The present bachelor thesis deals with a design of anchor foot used for fixing wooden beams in the manner that, prevents a direct contact of the beam and the subsoil. It is made of bent metal sheet of 4 mm thick steel 1.0038 in the production run of 80 000pcs/year. A combination of shearing and bending at a follow tool was selected from among various options as the most appropriate. On the basis of technological, structural and control calculations, tool were designed and the technical documentation was elaborated. A blank sheet of metal with dimensions of 4 x 1500 x 3000mm (using 94%) was chosen as a semi-finished product. On the basis of the total shearing force, which was greater that the bending force, the same press CDCS 2500 P81 made by the company Dirinler was selected for both tools. Using the economic evaluation, production costs per one anchor foot were calculated in the amount of 102,3CZK, including 30% profit of the company. According to the calculated turning point, the production becomes profitable after manufacture of 12106pcs.
Production of anchor foot
Kovář, František ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The present bachelor thesis deals with a design of anchor foot used for fixing wooden structures to concrete foundation. The anchor foot is manufactured from 4 mm thick sheet steel 11 375 (S235 JR); the batch production is set out for 100,000 pieces per year. From among production possibilities, production on a combination tool was selected as the most optimal production technology. Based on the literature study of cutting and bending technology, an optimal production process of new anchor foot has been designed. For these production technologies, technological and control calculations have been carried out. Using these calculations, the combination tool was designed and project documentation was worked up. With regard to the size of total forming force, the eccentric press LKDR 500 from ŽĎAS Company was selected. In economic terms, the production costs were calculated for one anchor foot and the turning point of 8,232 pieces was found; exceeding this point makes the production profitable.
Manufacturing of lift bracket
Měřičková, Petra ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The bracket is used to attach the movable mechanism of elevator door. The component is made of constructional steel 11 375 with the thickness of 3 mm. The batch size is 30 000 pcs/year. The rolling cutting method, followed by bending in the combinated tool, was chosen as the optimal technology. Technological and constructional calculations were carried out and the tool was consequently designed. The basic drawing documentation for the tool was implemented. LE 400 press with a nominal force 4000 kN was selected from machinery equipment company. Cost of production of one piece were established, the production becomes profitable for a series of more than 19 133 units / year.
Technological structures formed parts
Kafuněk, Jan ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor‘s thesis is composed from research and is described in practical part. Searches contains basic information about the process of cutting, bending and tractioning, which is followed by a description of design principles in the design of sheet metal parts. The practical part is focused on verifying the importance of complying with technological design of products. Products can be divided into the sample products without practical use and products that can already have their use in practise.
Precision forging
Bužga, Petr ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The thesis deals with methods, procedures and possibilities of precision forging. After the initial analysis methods of die forging with collar also comprises an overview, analysis and description of methods of precision forging, including a technological evaluation in view of technical possibilities, investment requirements and expected benefits. The main emphasis is laid on the technological conditions, procedure, on the construction of the dies and forging devices.
Production single parts "Bracket" from sheet metal
Buchta, Petr ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The project which was developed in the framework of a bachelor's degree submits a proposal of production of steel material 11373, shearing and subsequent bending. The main topic of this thesis was to create tools that would allow a simple and inexpensive production of components. Tools have been designed and manufactured on the basis of literary studies issues, associated with shearing and bending. The function parts of the instruments are made of tools steel class 19.
Superplastic forming
Grycz, Radek ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
This work is focused on description of behavior of superplastic materials and methods of sheet forming of these materials. Lists the advantages and difficulties in using this method and examples of products made by this procedure.
Production of sealing strips for aerating system
Brdečková, Zuzana ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The aim of this work is the production of sealing strips for aerating system. The strip is made by technology of production - cutting and bending of stainless steel 17 240 with a thickness of 1 mm. Lot size is 22,000 units per year. Based on the information on the state seal was designed a new, more efficient and more productive shape for the production. Then, it was done the literary study. On the basis of calculations was chosen the hydraulic press CUPS 25 D for the production. The sealing strip will be manufactured on the newly designed cutting and bending tools. The work is carried out with a techno-economic evaluation that compares the current production technology with the newly proposed technology. The work contains drawings of sealing strip, shear and bending tools.
Versatile tool for the production of holder
Kučera, Jiří ; Kopřiva, Miloslav (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
This project is conceived within the bachelor's degree in engineering technology (B3S-K Engineering) technology by design sheet metal parts 11 373.1 on a combined tool. It is based on the literature studies about cutting and bending has been proposed several variants of the production of specified parts to be produced entirely in a single tool. The proposed tool is clamped in the eccentric press LEN 63C firm TOMA Industries with a nominal force of 630 kN. The functional parts are made of tool steel, 19 573, heat-processed according to drawings.
Manufacturing of Solar Absorber by Unconventional Methods
Mrňa, Libor ; Lidmila, Z. ; Podaný, K. ; Forejt, M. ; Kubíček, J.
Solar absorbers of flat type have the advantage of relatively simple production, but on the other hand, they have lower thermal efficiency and require perpendicular incidence of solar radiation on their surface. This contribution presents new type of solar absorbers where the above-mentioned disadvantages are reduced while keeping relative production simplicity. The solar absorber is characterized by the creation of the appropriate spatial structure in sheet metal by forming through a technology of drawing in flexible tools. This spatial structure not only increases the heat-transfer surface but also eliminates the need for perpendicular incidence of the incoming solar radiation. The component with this structure is fixed to the rear side of the absorber by laser welding. Inlet holes for the fluid are produced by Flow drill method.
