Hole punching problematics of two layered sheet metal

The thesis is focussed on project of a tool – a hot working clipping punch, where the hole is punched in the upsetting ends of stabilizer. We talk about punching of a two layered semi-finished product, in which burr is formed at the layer interface, which is undesirable from the point of the customer requirement. The stabilizer is mounted in the car chassis, where it is fastened to the axle with screws. The literature study is focused on the theory and problems of punching. In the practical part, several design solutions of cutter faces are discussed, from which three types of face shape were selected. This was associated with a change in the design of the ejector. Two tool materials were selected for comparison. The cutters were tested on an automatic forming centre. Finally, after summarizing and evaluating all the practical experiments, an optimal solution of a tool designed for punching a hole with a two layered semi-finished product is proposed.

Investigation of storage conditions influence on adhesion of rubber bushings

The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on research on vulcanization and post-vulcanization, i.e. the production of rubber and the connection of rubber with metal using the latest technologies. This part serves as the theoretical basis for the development of the training base and the experimental part, which are part of the practical part. The training materials are serving for faster and more effective training of new staff and as a comprehensive set of information to the MAT center. The methodology of the manual is described in the main thesis and identical examples from this document are inserted in this thesis too. The experimental part focuses on the adhesion of rubber to the metal surface with subsequent evaluation. The whole problem from the preparation, post-vulcanization, tearing, through measurement to determination of the maximal storage life of sprayed rubber bearings is described.

The Outline of the musical activities at Český Krumlov under the reign of the Prince Joseph Adam zu Schwarzenberg

(česky) Hlavním předmětem diplomové práce je nástin a charakteristika hudebního života a analýzy hudebních aktivit na dvoře Josefa Adama knížete ze Schwarzenbergu s teritoriálním zaměřením na oblast Českého Krumlova v období 2. poloviny 18. století jako příslušníka vyšších vrstev společnosti. Osvíceného knížete s hlubokým zájmem o společenský a umělecký život, štědrého mecenáše umění a především hudebního znalce a vynikajícího organizátora hudebního programu na svých panstvích. Jedním z úkolů je rovněž zachytit drobný příspěvek do problematiky studia šlechtické hudební kultury (období baroka a klasicismu) a socioekonomického okruhu s touto kulturou související či vzájemně se ovlivňující na konkrétním příkladě schwarzenberského dvora v souboru označovaném jako dechová harmonie. Společně s vývojem souboru dechové harmonie dojde ke stručné charakteristice divadelních aktivit a schwarzenberské hudební sbírky, úzce provázaných s hudebním provozem na dvoře Josefa Adama knížete ze Schwarzenbergu. The outline of the musical activities at Český Krumlov under the reign of the prince Johann Christian of Eggenberg

Účelem této bakalářské práce je provést nástin hudebních aktivit české aristokracie v období baroka se zaměřením na rezidenční kapelu českokrumlovského knížete Jana Kristiána z Eggenberku na pozadí celkového stavu české barokní hudby společně se znázorněním kulturního a společenského obrazu v tehdejším časovém a lokálním prostoru. Jedním z cílů je připomenutí vývoje reprezentativních a zájmových uměleckých znaků jedné z vrstev tehdejší hierarchizované společnosti. V této bakalářské práci je stručně charakterizován volný čas a distinktivní rysy jednoho z představitelů české aristokracie prostřednictvím odborného náhledu současného člověka, diváka a posluchače. V první části je zaznamenán politický vývoj v českých zemích v období pobělohorském a nastíněny důsledky z tohoto vývoje vzniklé. Druhá část je zaměřena na popis životních osudů jednotlivých členů jednoho šlechtického rodu a jeho vliv na vymezenou lokalitu. V třetí části je popisován architektonický a umělecký vývoj rezidenčního sídla vymezené lokality. Ve čtvrté a páté části jsme informováni o hudebním dění jedné epochy s porovnáním tohoto dění v určitých lokalitách.
