The steel construction of a volleyball hall

The diploma thesis deals with the study of sports hall designated for volleyball. The volleyball hall is steel construction with arched truss with span of 30 meters. Sport`s background, roofed by mono-pitch plus saddle roof, is part of south-easterly side of the hall. The hall is situated in moderate slope terrain in cadastre unit Zbraslav na Moravě. Designed hall has rectangular plan (48 x 30 m) to this belongs also the foyer and the clubroom. Clear height of the hall is 15 m. Object consists of columnal structural system with steel columns that support arched truss. Center to center spacing of main truss is 8 m. The object is set up on reinforced concrete foundation pad. Column foot is sticked in foundation pad and column head is pinned. Roof’s and wall’s bracings provide stability of the hall. Curtain walling and roof cover is made of sandwich panels Kingspan. Insolation and daylighting is guaranteed by plastic windows set in the wall.

High standard detached house

The bachelor`s thesis deals with study of high standard detached house. The house is two-storey high, with a partial basement and double garage that is part of the house. The building is situated in moderate slope terrain in cadastral territory Zbraslav na Moravě. Construction of the house is made of mansory Porotherm, the ceillings are made of reinforced concrete join with stiffening reinforced concrete wreath. The roofs of the house are built as single-layer flat roof, two of the roofs will be used as terrace with entry from the second floor. In garden there is wodden terrace with rectangular swimming pool. The house is above standardly decored with sauna, whirlpool and small pool situated in relax room in the first floor. Part of the above standard decore is wine cellar accessible from garden. House is designed for four-member family.

Drama education as the motivation to read

Thesis called Drama education as the motivation to read deals with the tight linking of drama education and literature. Literature is used as the scheme for drama education in lessons and, thanks to the story, pupils are developed both in the area of drama and personality as well as in social. Moreover, due to its methods, techniques and topics, it manages to motivate pupils to read given books. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the crucial aims, methods, techniques, curricula, forms and the usage of the drama education at primary schools and, especially, its involvement into the framework educational programme. It also deals with the relationship in between drama education and literature and about choosing convenient literature for a particular lesson. General literacy, reading literacy and inner or outer factors influencing children's relationship to books are also investigated topics in the study. The three different types of book usage and the level of pupils' motivation is the core of the analytical part of the thesis. Books are "introduced" to pupils via the drama education lessons. Drama in Education as the tool of fear prevention from animals in the Nursery School.

v anglickém jazyce My dissertation work is focused on a correlation between drama education as a possible fear prevention for preschool aged children applying a method of performance in a certain role. In the theoretical section you shall find the explanations of basic terms and the principals of drama education, its targets, methods and techniques for preschool education. It is focused on a research of drama education as a possible fear prevention method. The practical part of my dissertation work is a topic section "Who would fear?" where using drama methods and techniques as main tools we work on an improvement of child relationships with other specified animal species. The aim of my dissertation work is to discover whether drama education can influence preschool child fears and anxieties of animals.

Conceptualization of Love in the Czech Popular Lyrics (Linguistic Picture of Love in the Lyrics of the Group "Lucie")

This master's thesis researches the linguistic image of love in lyrics found in Czech popular music based on the theoretical and methodological principles of cognitive linguistics. The theoretical section first characterizes the song lyrics of the band Lucie and then explores the context of cognitive linguistics. More specifically, this thesis characterizes the cognitivist concept and the application of metaphorical structures in both common language and creative texts. In the interpretational section, the concept of love is characterized by using a number of key lexemes which are used to express love in the Czech language. This section also describes the metaphorical and metonymical conceptualization of love in terms of the Czech image of the world. The conclusion deals with the profiles of the Czech concept of (erotic) love. This thesis mainly relies on theoretical and methodological tools included in the works of G. Lakoff, M. Johnson, J. Grady and M. Głąbska.

Promotion of an e-shop

The bachelor thesis is focused on problematics of an e-shop.
The main goal is to analyze used methods and processes of advertising on real electronic shop which includes its verification. After, in the evaluation of results, is discussed search of goods Heureka and Zboží.cz. Those informations are shown in charts, where the proportion of used methods clear next to the total results of an e-shop is clear.
