UV detection by Grafen/GaN structures
Kostka, Marek ; Piastek, Jakub (referee) ; Mach, Jindřich (advisor)
This bachelor thesis covers fabrication as well as the study of behavior of UV sensor based on galium nitride structures on graphene substrate. The sensor takes advantage of high mobility of charge carriers in graphene and UV selective sensitivity of GaN nanoctystals. This combination exhibits a potential for being a UV sensor because of the unique properties brought by both materials. The first part of this work describes graphene, galium nitride and graphene/GaN heterostructure with their properties and fabrication processes. The second part includes full description of already used fabrication process and characterization of the optical and electrical behavior using photoluminiscence and transport properties measurements.
Test stand for testing of frame and fork of scooter
Kostka, Marek ; Klapka, Milan (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is construction design of the testing station for tests of cyclical straining of the frame and fork of the footbike in loading by men in weight from 50 to 150 kg and in kick frequency from 10 to 120 kicks per minute. The format of this work is divided into four main parts. In the first part is this work orientated to actual demands of the footbike. In this part is also described construction design and solution of other testing stations. In other part of this work is accomplished analysis of powers which influent footbike and there are defined particular parameters for testing station. In the third part is described possible approach to solution of testing station and to particular contructional nodes. Last part of this work talks about the resulting proposal of constructional design of the testing station.
Scooter testing bench
Kostka, Marek ; Dlugoš, Jozef (referee) ; Zháňal, Lubor (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with measuring of acting forces from rider to footbike during the ride, followed by the construction of test stand to draw an equivalent load. Measurements and subsequent analysis of acting forces from the rider to the footbike were made. These results were then used for complete design of the test stand. The frame of the test stand was subdued to a stress analysis. A complete automatic control system, including a pneumatic control circuit, was also designed. The proposed automatic test stand was then manufactured and put into operation.
