The diploma thesis focuses on corporate social responsibility and its analysis in a selected company doing business in the steel industry. The introductory part specifies the theoretical basis and methods and analyses used. The analytical part of the work deals with the evaluation of the social responsibility policy in the selected company and brings a comparison of the situation with a competitor from the steel industry. The last part of the thesis contains recommended activities to achieve a better level of social responsibility in the monitored company.

The company plans on constructing the building on its own. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate possibilities for gaining authorization for one of six selected brands. New Entrepreneurial Trends - Accountant Tasks Outsourcing Based on Multidimensional Decision-making

The work deals with multidimensional decision-making in the outsourcing of accounting work; it is designed for accounting companies with more than 30 employees. These companies deal with hundreds of accounting tasks of various extent and nature which would be assigned to individual accountants. Theoretically speaking, the problem of assigning tasks to individual accountants can be resolved by well-known methods of operational research; however, certain qualities of accountants are very vague and are hard to quantify. These qualities include creativity, loyalty, credibility towards clients, etc. The qualities make the application of traditional algorithms (e.g. scheduling algorithms) very difficult. Moreover, certain accounting tasks are unique and can be assigned only by experienced managers, not algorithms. This work focuses on a fuzzy description of tasks and accountants and a two-level assignment process. In preliminary sorting, individual tasks to be assigned are classified as routine, which can be assigned through a fuzzy algorithm, or non-routine, which are assigned to individual employees through the manager . fuzzy expert system dialogue.

This thesis deals with a real business plan, including the assessment of individual risks, the establishment of a small bakery shop, which should be located in one of the city districts of Brno, namely Maloměřice a Obřany. In the first theoretical part, the basic concepts, definition of necessary analyzes and detailed description of individual parts of the business plan are introduced. The practical part uses theoretical knowledge, a critical risk analysis, market analysis and a business plan for the enterprise.
