Cílem mé práce je zhodnotit kvalitu života HIV pozitivních lidí, zjistit, které z vybraných faktorů kvalitu života a zdraví ovlivňují. Teoretická část práce definuje HIV/ AIDS a stručně popisuje jeho historii, etiologii a epidemiologii HIV. Zdůrazňuje význam pravidelnosti a přesnosti léčby HIV infekce. Ukazuje důležitost edukace veřejnosti, způsob prevence přenosu viru a výskytu HIV/AIDS. Připomíná cíle projektu Zdraví 21 zaměřující se na primární prevenci. Popisuje, jak lze zajistit kvalitu ošetřovatelské péče o tyto pacienty, na které se aktivně podílejí sestry. Autorka s pomocí vedoucího práce vybrala, přeložila a pilotně ověřila vhodný zahraniční dotazník, který zjišťuje kvalitu života HIV pozitivních pacientů. It focuses on HIV/AIDS basic info, such as brief history of these ailments, virus transmission, disease process and the treatment. It also mentions the prevention of HIV transmission and numbers of HIV reactors abroad as well as within the Czech Republic. It makes references to the role of nursing in prevention and education , to sexual behaviour, its development and risk behaviour in the sexual spere. The experimental part of this bachlaor paper is created by interrorgatory of youth. The pupils of elementary scholl, students of Nursing College and Grammar School were involved in the investigated sample. Awareness of public about risks of lyme borreliosis

The bachelor's work deals with clinical picture, pathogenesis and diagnostics of Lyme Borreliosis. It is aimed at a cycle of a tick, its ability to transfer the infection to a human organism and also geographical spread within the Czech Republic territory. It emphasizes that the only effective method against the infection of the Lyme disease is prevention, first of all protection against ticks and their timely and proper removal from the body. The main part of work is formed by a quantitative exploratory research of awareness in public about the risks of borreliosis. It is aimed at ways how people protect themselves against ticks and how they handle them during removing. It probes their knowledgeableness about this infection. Examined sample is formed by randomly chosen respondents of various age in the region of eastern Bohemia.
