In theoretical part the thesis research strategic tools, developing a product and financing of innovative IT companies and tries to identificate proper right tools for creating strategy. Tools examined in theoretical part are used in practical part to create concrete strategic plan of new company.

Analysis of the CRM System of the Chosen Company

The thesis deals with Customer Relationship Management. The theoretical part focuses on the developement of customer relations and the CRM. Analytical part of the thesis is focused on current state of the CRM system assessment being used. From the obtained information and the revealed weaknesses in this company I seek to introduce a proposal of changes and recommendations that should lead to improve the creation and maintenance of customer relationships.

This master´s thesis deals with the selection of the information system for the chosen company. based on the analysis processes in the company. The theoretical part contains theoretical knowledge for the issue. In the analytical part is performed analysis of current situation of the company and analysis of processes of the company. In the suggestion part are mentioned requirements for the selection of a new information system and it performed selection of the information system based on requirements.

The Design of CRM System Subsegment

This Master's thesis is focused on an information system analysis and its component part design. The information system is developed using xRM platform or more precisely within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 system which is not, unline typical CRM, entirely available for sale thus certain adjustments need to be designed to meet the client needs. Given the extensive system comprising of 32 agendas, only one of them is designed in retailed here - the case of publication. Both the analysis and the design includes the MS Dynamics CRM 2013 standard working description.

The Analysis of the Company Processes in order to Optimisation the Information System

The bachelor thesis focuses on the extension of the information system on the planning of delivery lines in a particular company. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical starting point of the work, which is necessary to understand the problems in this thesis. The second part describes the current state of the company. In addition, the analysis needed to design a solution was carried out. This is at the end of the work and there are elaborated recommendations and a proposal for a solution for the planning of delivery lines for saving time and minimizing company costs.
