This master´s thesis is focused on the proposal of financial business plan for the company HEDVA, a.s. for years 2020 to 2023. First chapter is aiming goals and approaches of processing this thesis. Second chapter contains theoretical solution, which is needed for financial planning. The third part contain introduction of the company and its strategic and financial analysis. Last part of master´s thesis is focused on suggestion of the financial plan in optimistic and pessimistic variant, including their evaluation.

This diploma thesis deals with creation of financial plan for company IMI International, Ltd. The theoretical part defines basic concept of financial analysis and financial plan and their methods of processing. The practical part evaluates financial situation of company with usage of selected methods from financial analysis and accounting data from the years 2010 – 2015. Based on the information from financial analysis is prepared financial plan for next period 2016 - 2020.

The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The diploma thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of ALMIPA plus s.r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard method. The theoretical part defines the basic theoretical background, which are necessary to understand the issue and the subsequent processing of other parts of the thesis. The analytical part focuses on the introduction of the analyzed company and the financial and strategic analysis of the company. The findings of the analyzes serve as a basis for design part, which is focused on the proposal of implementation of BSC into the company. In four perspectives of BSC are established the strategic goals of the company, established benchmarks and strategic actions, which intention to meet the set goals, improve the company's performance, but also increase its competitiveness.

The bachelor thesis focuses on evaluation of the financial situation of the company Kayaku Safety Systems Europe a.s. and proposals for improvement for the period 2016-2020. The whole work is divided into theoretical and a practical part. The first, theoretical, part deals with an explanation of basic terms, which will later be used in the processing of the practical part. In the following practical part are mentioned basic terms for the analyzed company and its competitors Austin Detonator s.r.o. The final part of this thesis presents suggestions on how to improve the situation of the company.

The first part of thesis is dealing with theoretical aspects, which are necessary to know for setting up a financial plan. This part is followed by a practical part, which includes presentation of the company, its contemporary state’s and its business environment’s analysis. In the end financial plan is proposed in two variants.

The first part of final thesis defines objectives, methods and procedures, that are used within the Master’s thesis. In the second part is included theoretical knowledge, which are crucial for creation of analysis and financial plan. Subsequent third part is dedicated to the introduction of chosen company, strategic and financial analysis for the past five years. The final part of final thesis contains the draft of financial plan for years 2020-2023 both optimistic and pessimistic variants including final evaluation.

Third chapter contains information about analyzed company, application of selected methods of strategic analysis and financial analysis including evaluation of the state of company and detection of potential deficiencies. Last chapter of this thesis is focused on suggestion, formation and evaluation of the financial plan for P-D Refractories CZ a.s. for next four years.

The master‘s thesis is focused on a draft of a corporate financial plan and it is divided into three parts. The first part describes the basic theoretical background related to the topic of the thesis and serves to explain the basic concepts of this issue. The second part starts with the introduction of a selected company, followed by a strategic and financial analysis and finished by a SWOT analysis. The last part deals with the draft of the financial plan for the next four years, which is compiled in an optimistic and pessimistic scenario, concluding with evaluation of both scenarios.

Valuation of the Firm by Using Income Capitalization Approach

This diploma thesis is focused on valuation of the firm KASKO - Formy spol. s r.o. by using income-based valuation method to the date 31. 12. 2014. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic concepts the valuation and describe methods used for determining the value of the company. In the practical part of this thesis is the strategic and financial analysis, proposal of the financial plan. In conclusion of the thesis are contained weighted average cost of capital and the valuation of the company according to the method discounted cash flow and economic value added.
