A financial plan of business development

This thesis is focused on the design of a financial plan for the comany Krnovské opravny a strojírny s.r.o. and is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background, the knowledge of witch is necessary to create a financial plan. This part is followed by the practical part, which deals with the strategic and financial analysis of the selected company. In the last part, a draft corporate financial plan for the next four years is developer. The final part consists of its evaluation using selected financial ratios and sensitivity analysis.

Valuation of the Firm by Using Income Capitalization Approach

The diploma thesis is focused on estimation the value of ABC, s. r. o. by using the income capitalization approach as of 1/1/2022. The theoretical part of the work deals with the definition of important concepts, the definition of methods and the entire process of company valuation. The practical part is focused on the company ABC, s. r. o., which is the subject of the valuation. A strategic and financial analysis, a forecast of value generators and a financial plan of the company was carred out. The last part of the diploma thesis determines the resulting estimate of the objectified value of the selected company using the discounted cash flow method.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The goal of this diploma thesis is to compile a draft of corporate financial plan for a selected company. First, the theoretical basis of financial planning is described. Then the analyzed company is introduced and its current state is defined. Then the company's financial plan for the period 2022-2025 is proposed. This plan is compiled in both optimistic and pessimistic variants. The final part of the work is devoted to the evaluation of both versions.

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a financial plan for a selected company. The work will be divided into four parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical aspects that are needed for making the proposal. In the next part, the company and its financial and strategic analysis are presented. The third part is focused on the compilation of the financial plan itself. At the end of this diploma thesis, the created financial plan is evaluated.

The master´s thesis is focused on the elaboration of the financial plan of the selected company for the next four accounting periods. The first part explains the basic theoretical concepts in order to understand the issue. The selected company is introduced, a strategic and financial analysis is performed. In the last part of the paper, a financial plan for the period 2019-2022 is proposed in an optimistic and a pessimistic variation. Finally, an evaluation of both options of the financial plan is made.

The topic of the diploma thesis is to create a corporate financial plan for a selected company.The company is primarily focused on the implementation of gas pipelines and pipelines’ products in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical basis, followed by a presentation of the selected company, madeout of strategic and financial analysis. This part of the work ends with a SWOT analysis. The last part deals with the compilation of a corporate financial plan for a pessimistic and optimistic variant. The conclusion of the work is the evaluation of both variants of the compiled business plan.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the economic situation of the selected company in the period from 2017 to 2021. The theoretical part contains an explanation of the basic concepts of economic analysis. Part of the practical part is information about the selected company and its competition, calculations of individual indicators of financial analysis, analysis of the external surroundings and the resulting interpretation. The last part deals with the proposal to improve the economic situation of the company.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is an evaluation of the economic development and proposal of improved financial situation of the company Mürdter Dvořák, lisovna, spol. s.r.o. for the years 2018 to 2021. Thesis is divided into four main chapters. First chapter is focused on explaining the necessary theoretical background of financial analysis needed to understand this topic. Second chapter implements these methods into practice and analyzes the current financial state of the company. The third chapter summarizes the results, pros and cons and the last chapter presents a proposal for improving the financial situation of the company.
