Kadlecová, Kateřina ; Vaňková, Irena (referee) ; Šebesta, Karel (advisor)
This study deals with language and ideology in girls' magazines BravoGIRL!, COSMOgirl!, Dívka (Girl) and Top dívky (Top Girls). It describes the position ofthese three monthlies and one semi-monthly on the Czech media market and then it focuses at the content and specific genres ofthese magazines (namely, photostories). Optimization of data flow in a network
Kadlecová, Kateřina ; Houška, Milan (advisor) ; Martin, Martin (referee)
The work aims to optimize connections between client stations and the rest Internet service providers infrastructure. The main optimization criterion was to equally divide these client stations based on the amount of downloaded data and the distance between 2 client stations and providers access points. The work was solved as a transportation problem and it was computed in a MS Excel plugin called Dumkosa. Calculated solution had to be adjusted for additional restrictions which were out of technical limits of Dumkosa solver. The computational part of the work was done on top of test group composed of 50 clients. Data from these clients were gathered for one month at 5 minute intervals. An analysis was performed on top of these records and its results were used later in the computational part of the work. At the end of the work was discussed a possible way how to transfer the algorithm from the test area to whole company network.

Finding effective tax rate and the impact it is done for the years 2009 to 2014 using data from the household budget statistics. Progressivity index is checked by Kakwani´s method which is based on comparing curves tax concentration curves and income concentration, Lorenz curve. The second method, the effective tax rate, which are used for two different tax bases, the spending on tobacco and net income. The comparison analysis is a regressive impact of the tax on tobacco products into ten income groups. Tax more falls on taxpayers with lower incomes. Results at the effective rate is the basis for spending on tobacco were different from other results. According to verbal assessment progressivity index is mostly proportional impact in all years except 2012, which is slightly regressive. To analyze the impact of taxes on tobacco products would not recommend using the method of effective tax rates, which are used as the denominator in the tax base expenditure on tobacco.

Analysis of the Italian Labour Market
Kadlecová, Kateřina ; Filipová, Alena (advisor) ; Zeman, Jiří (referee)
The thesis consists of two main parts: descriptive and analytical. The descriptive part focuses on providing the readers with information about the main characteristics of the Italian labour market. It provides not only statistical data about the labour market but also describes the key instruments and provisions of the Italian social and labour policy. In the analytical part, conclusions from the descriptive part are drawn, several critical issues are pointed out and proposals for improvement are presented. Due to the complexity of the topic, the thesis concentrates on depicting an overall image of the current situation at the Italian labour market. However, it does not aspire to provide details on all range of questions related to it. As a logical consequence of the fact that hardly any information in the Czech language on the topic stays at disposal, the thesis is based on the information and data presented mostly in Italian, possibly in English language, by Italian and international (non-)governmental organisations.
