Financial analysis of German and Italian Football League Clubs and their comparison
Krejčová, Lucie ; Štědroň, Bohumír (advisor) ; Voráček, Josef (referee)
Title: Financial analysis of German and Italian Football League Clubs and their comparison Objectives: The aim of this work is to find out the financial situation of chosen football clubs playing German and Italian League and compare them. Methods: In this thesis was used a method of analysis of financial document for getting the required data. At these data was applied creditworthy and bankruptcy models as one of financial analysis methods. Because of the possibility of comparison, the data were monitored in four consecutive years. Results: Application of bankruptcy and creditworthy models has brought many new results for selected German and Italian football clubs. Most of them would have to leave the current competitive business environment. But the environment of sport industry is very specific and clubs despite the unhealthy economy kept alive. The only exception is the economic situation of Bayern Munich. Not only excels in sports results, but also in this analysis, it is the only club where we can talk about "financial health". Keywords: creditworthy and bankruptcy models, Football Leagues, German, Italy
Standardization of sexual-erotic stimuli for measurement of female sexual arousal
Krejčová, Lucie ; Klapilová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Pastor, Zlatko (referee)
The measurement of female sexual arousal within the primary research as well as in clinical practice suffers from several difficulties. In particular, the discrepancy between subjectively perceived sexual excitement and physiological arousal (e.g. change in vaginal pulse amplitude or in vaginal temperature) was found. Moreover, the enormous variability in subjective preferences of women for male stimuli appearance together with their low sexual reactivity to static visual erotic stimuli contribute to the fact that standardized set of erotic stimuli for women is recently not available. In our study, subjective and physiological arousal of women when exposed to 2 sets of sexual-erotic stimuli of different nature (directed erotic imagination and reading erotic texts) were measured (using plethysmography GETA). Sample of 20 women (in reproductive age without sexual issues) were used for purpose of standardization of developed stimuli set, including the evaluation of their suitability for sexual arousal assessment. The results show directed erotic imagination and erotic texts are suitable for measurement of sexual response. The effectiveness is demonstrated especially in detection of attitudes to sexuality and sexual activities.
Water quality in Prague streams
Krejčová, Lucie ; Benešová, Libuše (advisor) ; Tonika, Jaroslav (referee)
This work deals with water quality in five Prague's biggest streams, which are Rokytka, Botič, Litovicko-Šárecký stream, Dalejský stream and Kunratický stream. Water quality can be evaluated on the basis of physico-chemical indicators or biological indicators. In my work I use only physico-chemical indicators to evaluate water quality. In this work I focused mainly on water quality in Kunratický stream which is based on the results of regular monitoring of Lesy hl. m. Praha and also on the basis of my short-term analysis of water from the stream. The main sources of pollution of Kunraticky stream and other streams in Prague are agriculture in the upstream area (source of nitrogen and phosphorus compounds), wastewater (source of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus compounds) and rainwater (source of heavy metals and chlorides). It is evident from the results that these resources have an impact on water quality in streams of Prague. Among the worst indicators of water quality in the Kunratický stream there is mainly aggregate phosphorus, COD and BOD5 and it is similar in other Prague's streams. Prague streams are significantly burdened with heavy metals.
Inheritance of coat color in horses
Krejčová, Lucie ; Sedláková, Vladimíra (advisor) ; Hofmanová, Barbora (referee)
Genetic side of horse´s coloring is an interesting topic, which has been a subject of many researches for a long time. The DNA testing has shown that the original horses were brown or buckskin and due to changes in environmental conditions also black. During the domestication circulating more colors, quickly began, helped by human selection. The color of the coat is a quality feature and is subjected to Mendel's rules, for each color of the horses are therefore responsible genes of large effect. To most of the color is already assigned to a specific gene mutation and it is identified that the gene can find and change the phenotype. An exception is the color white, roan and tobiano, known only, that are associated with the KIT gene, dun color and leopard are currently only assigned to chromosomes ECA8 and ECA1. Mutations on genes are of different character, in the MC1R gene, MATP, PMEL17 and SLC36A1 is a change of a single base pair in a gene EDNRB is a dinucleotide mutation. ASIP gene mutation is caused by deletion of 11 nucleotide pairs and on the other hand is caused by mutations STX17 duplication 4.6 kilobytes Knowledge of gene structure and mutations is necessary for testing the color of horses at the molecular level. DNA testing is still in development, but currently it is already possible to test horses to most of the colors, which is important in the accurate identification of colors, but also in preventing the development of diseases which are associated with some genotypes. The aim of this work is to organize and unify information on various horse´s colours and the manner of their inheritance, due to the increasing interest of the people and farmers on this issue.
Analýza bioplynových transformací
Krejčová, Lucie
This thesis entitled "The biogass transformations analysis" is looking into the problematics of unconventional substrates usage in biogas plants, specifically of sugar beet pulps usage. We made two tests of anaerobic substrate conversion into methane in the two types of digesters, at the temperature of 41°C. The test No. 1 (a) lasted 26 days at organic loading rate of 6 kg ODM/m3 and the test No. 2 (b) lasted for 14 days at organic loading rate of 4,25 kg ODM/m3. Specific biogas productions were 0,8152 (a) and 0,626 (b) m3/kg OS, specific methane productions were 0,4422 (a) and 0,326 (b) m3/kg OS. The average methane content was 58,1 (a) and 56,3 (b) %. The final organic matter to methane conversion efficiency reached 92,8 (a) and 63,8 (b) %. ________________________ (a) Digesters volume of 120 dm3 (b) Digesters volume of 3 dm3
Economic-Managerial Evaluation of the Case related to Swine Flu Pandemic in the years 2009-2010
Krejčová, Lucie ; Lešetický, Ondřej (advisor) ; Jágrová, Zdeňka (referee)
The Diplom thesis will deal with the economic-mangerial evaluation of the incidence of swine flu in 2009 - 2010, with emphasis on epidemic data, a vector of its spreading and the consequences of the disease. The work will also deal with the effect of vaccination. The main objective of the presented diplom thesis is the evaluation of the economic consequences related to its outbreak.
