Proposal of a New Product Launching

The subject of this bachelor´s study called "Proposal introduction a new article market on home product" is an analysis of releasing a new product line "Unišek +". Le Cheque Déjeuner Group, s. r. o. is releasing this product to a Czech market. The first part compiles theoretical solutions for a market plan creation. That means specific methods used for creating a situational analysis and detailed analysis of fundamental parts of the market mix – called 4P ( product, price, place, promotion) - for the right selection of a marketing strategy when implementing a new product line. The second part is more practical and it characterises a company mentioned above, and also suggested working hypothesis.
Variant solution I/57 in section Semetín-Bystřička

The subject of my thesis is a variant I/57 in the section Semetín-Bystřička. The proposed route of communication, was part of an existing communications maintained for its full utilization. Were drawn four proposed variants of the solution, 3 variants are trying their best to use existing communication Jablůnka the village, one suggested option B that leads outside the existing road.

Education in Subsaharian Africa and its influencing factors

4 Education in Sub-Saharan Africa and factors, which influence it The main theme of this master thesis is education in Sub-Saharan Africa. Its first part, which can be understood as an introduction into the situation in the region, describes influence of particular factors, e.g. poverty, conflicts and health conditions, on education of inhabitants of Sub-Saharan Africa. Second part deals with level of education in specific countries of the region and for each country provides data on previous development as well as contemporary situation in each of the stages of education, i.e. primary, lower secondary, upper secondary and tertiary. There is also a scale of quality of education showing number of children per teacher. General literacy of adult population in each state is expressed by literacy index. The third part seeks to compare conditions of all the stages of education in the above-mentioned region and in other parts of the world. The conclusion sums up all obtained pieces of knowledge. Conscious and subconscious response of customer to marketing communication

This Diploma Thesis analyzes the customer´s perception of the conscious and subconscious response. The goal is to find out how visual marketing communication affects consumers in the form of product placement appearing in the film in comparison between conscious and subconscious response. Respectively, whether the customer responds to some subconscious incentives and whether he is aware of this fact. The theoretical part describes the relatively new marketing direction Neuromarketing, its techniques, benefits and limitations. It also includes literary research describing the stimulation of the customer, specifically his subconscious, for the purpose of marketing success. This is complemented by ethical attitudes of experts. The next part describes the eye-tracking analysis, which is complemented by interviews. The results in the form of heat maps are supplemented by the knowledge gained from the personal interview and interpreted on the basis of the theoretical knowledge.
The limits of freedom of expression in the light of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights

Limits of freedom of expression in the light of case-law of the European Court of Human Rights This diploma thesis deals with the freedom of expression and its permissible limits as those declared in Article 10 od the European Convention on Human Rights (hereinafter referred as "Convention"). Freedom of expression is guaranteed to everyone. However freedom of expression is not absolute, restrictions on freedom of expression by the intervention of the national authorities to individual freedoms is permissable in case of existence any justifiable targets pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 10. We named this procedure by test legality, legitimacy and proportionality. So, in other words, the measures used against a person must be established legal standards, must pursue achieving a legitimate aim and be necessary in a democratic society. European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter "the Court") applies this test whenever it finds existing interference with freedom of expression. It focuses on case law precedents, set by the European Court's of Human Rights (hereinafter referred as "Court"), in cases of complaints for violation of the freedom of expression concerning the admissibility of the use of legitimate aim clauses by national authorities applying law. Determining the most common functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system of primary school children, particularly in the 1st and 2nd grade at elementary schools in Strakonice

In summary of findings we first address problems of correct and poor posture. We present methods how to easily detect function disorders of locomotive system, their basic characteristics, and how to compensate such disorders, or how to prevent them completely. The research focuses on determination of the most common function disorders in children of young school age. Total of 384 children from 1st and 2nd grades of all elementary schools in Strakonice participated in the survey. The following methods were chosen evalutation of posture according to Jaroš and Lomíček, which disclosed that the most common function disorders apply to lower limbs. Testing according to Matthias showed that 33 % of children suffer from poor posture. The research includes a questionaire, which helped us to find out that poor posture occurs less frequently in children who pursue physical activities.
