My bachelor's thesis is called "Child, illness, hospital". These three words express the theme. I chose the topic of a hospitalized child for several reasons. Among them is my volunteering in Motol teaching hospital, my work experience in Dětské Kardiocentrum and least but not last a personal experience from my childhood. Project of a parents' handbook focused on integration of affected children into the nursery school

Ve své praxi jsem se ocitla na miste asistenta pedagoga ve speciálni mateřské škole. S mým nástupem souviselo hledáni informaci k problematice děti s postižením a integraci děti do mateřské školy. Knih o speciální pedagogice je u nás celá řada, ale přijde mi, že orientace v nich není snadná. Obzvláště pak pro rodiče, kterých se tato problematika přímo dotýká. Cílem této práce je nabídnout rodičům dětí s postižením srozumitelný přehled informací - jakéhosi průvodce, jenž se pokusí usnadnit jim orientaci především ve službách, na které se mohou obrátit. Dále zodpoví na jejich časté otázky, nastíní možnosti umístění dětí s postižením do mateřské školy i další vyhlídky do budoucna. Těžištěm této práce je rodina s postiženým dítětem v předškolním věku. Aby byla zachována kontinuita výchovy dítěte s postižením v rodině, rozšiřuje se toto období od okamžiku narození po vyhlídky do budoucnosti - další možnosti po absolvování mateřské školy.

Effect of hypoxia on embryonic development of the heart and coronary circulation

Human, as all multicelullar organisms, is dependant on oxygen availability. Hypoxia is a stimulus which must the organism adapt from early development. In prenatal life fundaments of circulation originate separately and first than they interconnect in complete system of vessel tubes incorporating heart. Haemodynamic - as one of the factors - soon takes part in vessels system development. Restricted blood flow results in vascular bed regression; on the contrary higher flow promotes its development in prenatal life as well as in adulthood. The aim of our study was to investigate the effect of hypoxia on coronary arterial tree formation and myocardial development and to explain embryonic lethality. Previous studies found ventricular dilatation and increased mortality with signs of heart failure. We used quail embryos (Coturnix coturnix japonica). Eggs were incubated under hypoxic conditions (16% O2). Controls were incubated in normal oxygen tension (21% O2). The effect of hypoxia was analyzed 5 - 9 day of embryo development. Coronary system was visualized by injecting Indian ink. Proliferation was measured using BrdU labelling. For histological analysis we used standard haematoxylin and eosin labelling. Doping - the knowledge and attitudes of university students

Sport is an important part of today's society. It is leisure time's activity, entertainment, and prevention of health problems. Nowadays, the importance of sport is oriented mainly on performance and success. Under these conditions, doping substances may in some cases mean way to success. Knowledge of doping substances among athletes is very important in order to prevent positive doping and all its consequences. It is therefore important to consistently inform both adults and young athletes about this issue, and emphasise the prevention of this problem at the same time. The main goal is to map the current knowledge, attitudes and foreknowledge of students of physical education courses about doping problems. The data obtained was compared with previous reviews.

Selection of the Art Techniques for Pre-scool Age

The bachelor thesis ?Choice of Art Techniques at Preschool Age? deals with the practical usage of suitable art techniques at an age-mixed group of preschool children. The first chapter concentrates on the characteristics of the preschool age (of a preschool child) from the developmental point of view and furthermore, on child?s needs. The second chapter concentrates on the Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education in terms of aims of the preschool education and on the education fields concerning art activities. The third chapter is devoted to child?s art expressions and symbology of a child?s drawing. This part includes opinions of several personalities of a child?s art expression and it is also concentrated on art skills expected at the end of the preschool age. The fourth chapter acquaints with the division of art techniques and their description. The listed attachments are accompanied with a practical part, which simultaneously serves as inspiration for further art creation with children.

Ancient Dramas by Franz Grillparzer

The central theme of this dissertation is the leitmotif of split personalities in Franz Grillparzer´s dramas. Because of the strict censorship are they set in ancient times. These dramas are Sappho, Das goldene Vlie? and Des Meeres und der Liebe Wellen. The first chapter gives the reader basic information about social-historical background in the first half of 19 century in Austria - the time of these dramas genesis. The next chapter describes how social fragmentation in Austria reflects the acting of ancient characters that represent only allegorically contemporary citizens of Austrian Monarchy. After the analysis of behaviour the main characters follows the chapter that summarizes the result of individual analysis and shows similarity and dilemma by acting characters in all of dramas.

Periodicals in České Budějovice from 1918 to 1939 (Focus on selected problems)

The graduation theses deals with periodic newspapers of the region in Czech Budweis during the interwar period. Its aim is to evaluate the function of the regional media and give a survey of journalism of Czech Budweis of 1918-1939. Above all, it is focused on regional options of political parties papers, which are highlighted further on. In conclusion, it tries to outline topics suitable to be placed in medial education at the basic school.
