Title: Case report of therapeutic care patient after brain tumor surgery in the temporal lobe Object of paper: The primary aim of this work is to describe the subject of CNS - tumors lokalized in the brain, specifically in the temporal lobe and subsequently a case study of a patient with this diagnosis, which was established during a hospital university-internship. Abstract: The general part deals with the theoretical information about the nervous system and brain tumors. Where as the specific part shows a case report of pateint after a brain tumor surgery in the temporal lobe. The materialis and the fundation of this bachelor dissertation were gathered at the neurological in-patient ward in regional hospital Kladno. 1 Summary Title: Case report of therapeutic care patient with lateral humeral epicondylitis Object of paper: The primary aim of this work is to demonstrate both theoretical and practical information to the subject of lateral humeral epincondylitis on the grounds of a case report of a patient with this diagnosis, which was established during a hospital university-internship. Abstract: The general part of this work includes theoretical information about lateral humeral epicondylitis, or generally known as enthesopathies, their diagnostic and possibilities of treatment. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction. Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of study reports of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction. Abstract: This thesis consists of two parts. The general section includes anatomical and biomechanical aspects of anterior cruciate ligament, as well as epidemiology, diagnosis, the most common causes and treatment of rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament. The special section includes the case study regarding the physiotherapy treatment of the patient. Therapy was focused mainly on the patient's knee joint stability restoration. The case study was prepared at the time of the author's practice, from 14th February to 2nd March 2011, at the ambulance department of the Regional hospital in Kladno. The Ethics Committee expressed its positive attitude towards the case study. The original version can be found in the Annex, as well as the informed consent template. Title: Case Study of A Physiotherapy Treatment of A Patient with the Diagnosis of Fracture of Lateral Malleolus Aim: The aim of this bechelor's thesis is to present basic information on ankle fractures and to elaborate a case report of a patient with the above mentioned diagnoses. Method: The thesis consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part presents a discription of the anatomic structure and the fiction of the ankle joint, the kinesiology of the foot and the biomechanics of walking. Furthermore, it deals with traumatology of the ankle area focusing on fractures, diagnostic methods, treatment and physotherapy methods and on courses of action after ankle fractures. The practical part is conceived as a case study. It includes an anamnesis of a patient, an entrance kinesiology analysis on the basis of which aims and methods of the therapy were determined. The thesis presents a description of the course of the individual therapeutic units, an output kinesiology analysis and a therapy efficiency evaluation. Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of Low back pain. Author: Klára Flasarová Aim: Summary of theoretical findings, the study methodology, physiotherapy care, treatment design and monitoring of the patient with the diagnosis of Low back pain. Methods: This study was a retrieval of a case study in professional practice, held from January 23, 2012 to February 19, 2012 at the Oblastní nemocnice Kladno. The work is divided into two parts - general and special. The first (general) part deals with the theoretical knowledge of the axial system in terms of anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology, includes information about possibilities of physiotherapy practice and testing at a time when surgery is not indicated and conservative treatment is possible. Second (special) case report describes part of physiotherapy treatment of patients with Low back pain and proposes course of therapy and evaluated its effects. Therapy were starting during the hospitalization tha patient on the neurogical department. The next therapy and final examination were done after the patient's discharge to homecare. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after removal of osteosynthetic material for comminuted fracture of the proximal humerus Objectives: The objective of this bachelor's work is to describe issues of comminuted fracture of the proximal humerus which is treated with osteosynthesis with subsequent removal due to failure. The main objective is to focus on efficiency of physiotherapy methods which are used. The part of work is also case study of a patient with referred diagnosis. Method: The first general part of work deals with referred issues. It describes anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of shoulder girdle then characterize diagnosis of a fracture of the proximal part of humerus, possible complications, methods of treatment and the most often used methods in rehabilitation care of a patient with this diagnosis.
