Title: Case report of therapeutic care patient after brain tumor surgery in the temporal lobe Object of paper: The primary aim of this work is to describe the subject of CNS - tumors lokalized in the brain, specifically in the temporal lobe and subsequently a case study of a patient with this diagnosis, which was established during a hospital university-internship. Abstract: The general part deals with the theoretical information about the nervous system and brain tumors. Where as the specific part shows a case report of pateint after a brain tumor surgery in the temporal lobe. The materialis and the fundation of this bachelor dissertation were gathered at the neurological in-patient ward in regional hospital Kladno. Aim of thesis: Summary of theoretical findings of patientʼs diagnosis, study metodology of physiotherapeutic care, treatment design, monitoring of treatment, and evaluate the effect of patient with diagnosis facial nerve peripheral palsy. Summary: This thesis comprehensively summarizes the findings of of peripheral facial nerve palsy and it's treatment with physioterapeutic methods. It gives a wide view at the issue of physiotherapy in facial nerve palsy which is a symptom of many many other diseases. Thesis has the general part, which deals with theoretical findings of diagnosis and special part, containing case report of patient with diagnosis peripheral facial nerve palsy. This Bachelorʼs thesis was compiled on the base of internship on the District Hospital in Kladno, during the time period 5.-30.1.2015. Title: Casuistics of physiotherapy care for patient diagnosed with cerebellar lesion after a brain hypoxia Goal: The goal of this work is data collection and processing of theoretical information on cerebellar ischemia and a preparation of casuistics of a patient with cerebellar hypoxia after heart attack. Summary: My thesis deals with cerebellar hypoxia after leaving sufferd from loss of heart as a result of heart attack. Thesis is divided in to parts. The first part, a theoretical one, describes anatomical and functional structure of the cerebellum, a brief description of ISCH and treatment options. This part also contains a description of rehabilitation methods used in patients with cerebellar syndrome. The second part of my thesis, a practical one, is focused on a precise description of the work with the patient after having suffered from loss of cerebellar hypoxia, I have collaborated with on inpatient department of regional hospital in Kladno from January 5th to January 22nd, 2016. The practical part contains results of patient's examination in time of admision to hospital and in time of release from hospital and a description of individual therapautical units (used methods, the progress of the therapy and the success of treatment). Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after the fracture of the proximal part of the humerus resolved by the osteosynthesis Objectives: The main purpose of this paper was to get orientated in the professional literature in the field concerned. Another goal was to find out the author's abilities to examine and work with a patient, followed by stating a conclusion, suggesting an appropriate therapy as well as the way it is to be done. Methods: First part of the paper is dedicated to the theoretical basis of the issue of the patient who suffered from fracture of the proximal part of humerus that was resolved by the osteosynthesis. The anatomy and kinesiology of pectoral girdle and upper extremity, general theory of fractures and the solutions to it are all discussed, as well as miscellaneous ways to treat a fracture, most of them being done by an operation. In the end, the ways of rehabilitating with a fracture that are commonly used are stated. The other part is a casuistry of the patient O. N. with diagnosis state after the fracture of the proximal part of the humerus resolved by the ostheosynthesis. This special part is based on working with the patient for more than two weeks in Oblastní nemocnice Kladno (Regional Hospital Kladno) from 20th January 2011 to 3rd February 2011....

CASE STUDY OF PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT OF A PATIENT AFTER STROKE Objectives: Theoretical analysis of after stroke anamnesis and elaboration of physiotherapy procedures. Methods: This bachelor thesis was done with the patient's consent within practice at Regional hospital Kladno at the Rehabilitation Department from January 6th to January 31st 2014. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and special part. The theoretical part includes basic characteristics of the illness, ethiopathogenesis, incidence, diagnostics, treatment and options of physiotherapy methods. The special part contains the after stroke patient's case concept, processes and the effects of his therapy. Results: Patient's condition, daily activities, movements, spatial orientation, muscular strength and physical condition have improved after the therapy. Title: Case Study of A Physiotherapy Treatment of A Patient with the Diagnosis of Fracture of Lateral Malleolus Aim: The aim of this bechelor's thesis is to present basic information on ankle fractures and to elaborate a case report of a patient with the above mentioned diagnoses. Method: The thesis consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part presents a discription of the anatomic structure and the fiction of the ankle joint, the kinesiology of the foot and the biomechanics of walking. Furthermore, it deals with traumatology of the ankle area focusing on fractures, diagnostic methods, treatment and physotherapy methods and on courses of action after ankle fractures. The practical part is conceived as a case study. It includes an anamnesis of a patient, an entrance kinesiology analysis on the basis of which aims and methods of the therapy were determined. The thesis presents a description of the course of the individual therapeutic units, an output kinesiology analysis and a therapy efficiency evaluation. Case study: Physiotherapy treatment of patients with the diagnosis: Bilateral pedis gangrene, frostbite TMT - amputation in CA. Content is focused on rehabilitation after amputation of fingers on both lower limbs due to frostbite in the advanced stages of necrosis and subsequent amputation. The aim is to introduce the amputation of the foot, studying literature and the use of theoretical and practical knowledge gained during their studies. Objective description of physiotherapy sessions and a description of the recorded physiotherapy techniques, procedures and examinations. In addition, ensure quality care, improve health, practice self- care and walk carefully chosen treatments. The general section contains a description of the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of lower extremity peripheral. A short introduction to the terms of amputation, frostbite, necrosis, phantom pain, orthotics - prosthetics. Description of the methods, techniques and tests. The practical part of the special assessment is an evaluation of the initial examination, the course of therapy and final examination with subsequent evaluation of the effect of therapy. Aim: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of case study of a patient after proximal humerus fracture. Method: Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part and special part. In the theoretical part I am focused on anatomical, biomechanical, kinesiological findings and facts. Furthermore I summarized examination and physiotherapeutical methods aimed on patients after nonoperative treated proximal humerus fracture. In special part you can find thorough case study and rehabilitation plan of the patient. Case study was processed in term 1.-19.2.2013 during clinical placement at Oblastní nemocnice Kladno.
