Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po fraktuře proximálního humeru. Cíle práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta po zlomenině pro- ximálního humeru. Souhrn: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to část obecnou a speciální. V obecné části jsou shrnuty anatomické, biomechanické, kineziologické poznatky a fakta. Dále rozebírám vyšetřovací a fyzioterapeutické metody cílené na pacienty s frakturou proximálního humeru řešené konzervativním způsobem. V části speciální je podrobná kazuistika a fyzioterapeutický plán pacienta s touto diagnózou. Kazuistika byla zpracována v termínu 1.-19.2.2013 v době odborné praxe v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno. Aim: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of case study of a patient after proximal humerus fracture. Method: Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part and special part. In the theoretical part I am focused on anatomical, biomechanical, kinesiological findings and facts. Furthermore I summarized examination and physiotherapeutical methods aimed on patients after nonoperative treated proximal humerus fracture. In special part you can find thorough case study and rehabilitation plan of the patient. Case study was processed in term 1.-19.2.2013 during clinical placement at Oblastní nemocnice Kladno.
