With the evolution of "Web 2.0", sometimes called the "Participative Web", represented by user-generated content (UGC), and also with the evolution of peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing and recently cyberlockers, the effectiveness of copyright protection online has become a problem where solutions can be found only with difficulty. Islet transplantation represents an alternative approach in the treatment of patients with type-1 diabetes mellitus. It makes possible to give insulin-producing tissue to patients, which could not underwent surgery operative due to ill health. The second benefit of tissue transplantation is utilization of pancreases unsuitable for organ transplantation in term of surgical criteria. The dissertation includes two studies focused on study of some problems of islet transplantation. In the first study was tested a new method for induction of microchimerism by bone marrow transplantation and its effect on islet allograft survival. We reported, that short-term tacrolimus therapy significantly prolonged insulin independence in fully allogeneic rat model even if the immunosupresants were discontinued. Conditioning of recipients with bone marrow cells transplantation had not additional effect. In the second study there is presented an approach for imaging of intrahepatally-sited islets. The technique is based on labeling of islets by non-toxic superparamagnetic agent during two day culture. After transplantation islets are imaged as hypointense spots on T2 weighing magnetic resonance sections in both in vitro and in vivo experiments. It also describes the usefulness of business intelligence tools, which helps managers to make decisions, management and planning. And last but not least, this thesis contains specific examples of using the Oracle BI in business practice.

Proposal for a gallery of architecture, art and design. The building is located in a corner position Koliště streets and Milady Horakove. The surrounding area forms the border city ring with a green belt with solitaires public buildings. The design consists of two buildings, one of which features an exhibition divided into two floors and four large-scale exposure. The supporting frame is formed by truss granted to the interior. The building is complemented by a rentable space for commercials and studio work. Parking is solved on the ground floor conveyor stacker. The second building is located the auction hall, cafe, office and accommodation space. Shape design of the building supports the dominant effect of the corner.

Music as a public space - New concept of Brno Philharmonic

Proposal for concert hall in the position of the Moravian Square, where in 1945 found called. The German House with a concert hall. Design a simple, rectangular mass with celoprsklenuo, perforated facade. Inside the hall layout, as a cornerstone of the entire draft, in ideal acoustic proportions, visibility, access to the hall, both with regard to the audience and the performers. The construction includes all the facilities and plants for the Philharmonic commensurate with the contemporary world architecture. It is offering a location opposite the street Veselá.

Design of operator workplace of machining center

The presented work contains the parameters and rules relevant for the design of the inter- face between the machining center and it's operator. All of information were obtained by search in scientific literature and technical standards and subsequently were sorted according to the elements to which they relate. The work contains the actual anthropometric dimensions, description of the interface elements with references to standards which relate to them. The study also shows an example of an optimized keyboard layout for machine tools and methods applicable to design the spatial layout of the workplace. In conclusion there is evaluate the state of currently available literature and technical standards.
