The Influence of Asylum Discussion on Attacks against Immigrants in Federal Republic Germany in the Years 1992 - 1993: Cases Mölln und Solingen

The wave of attacks against national minorities in the Federal Republic of Germany in the first years after The German reunification in 1990 became on the background of asylum debate discussing the necessary change of asylum right and influx of asylum seekers a burning problem. The culmination of moods against migrants was the attack in Mölln in November 1992, where were 3 persons of Turkish origin killed. The amendment of law was passed in German Bundestag on 26th May 1993 and came into force on 1st July 1993. However the approved restriction of gaining the asylum didn't discourage the right-wing extremists and before coming into force they committed one of the most terrific arson attacks in Solingen on 29th Mai 1993, which entered in the German post- war history as the one with the most victims at all. The thesis compares these two attacks on the basis of propositions from Karapin's study ,,Antiminority Riots in Unified Germany: Cultural Conflicts und Mischanneled Political Participation'' in order to determine possible causes or preconditions for the emergence of attacks. At the conclusion, the probability of an attack in a democratizing society is where ethnic minorities are not socially integrated and the cooperation between the two ethnic groups does not function or solve mutual problems...

The reactions were massive demonstrations all over Germany and finally an effort of political parties to give in their strict attitudes and agree on the amendment of asylum right. On 6th December 1992 CDU/CSU and SPD agreed on so called Asylkompromiss that should stop the influx of asylum seekers but still should keep the right of asylum and from that almost all the parties expected the end of the aggression against immigrants. Assessment of the shopping atmospherics of selected stores

This Bachelor thesis is dealing with an assessment and comparison of shopping atmospherics of two selected stores owned by chain stores Tesco Stores ČR a.s. and AHOLD Czech Republic a.s., this is followed with suggestion on improvements. This thesis is divided into four chapters. The chapter part is focused on theoretical definition of shopping atmospheric and its components. The second chapter characterizes each chain store. It describes their brief history and a present and pictures their labels and services. In a third chapter the thesis deals with the assessment of each stores through a terrain research and deals with comparison through pair comparison method and a survey. A fourth chapters objective is to suggest possible solution for improvements each components of shopping atmospheric and to show todays retail trends that can influence it.

Online communication of selected universities

This diploma thesis focuses on selected advertising campaigns (published during the academic year 2015/2016) by the universities in the Czech Republic with the highest impact. The goal of this thesis is to present the new ways of communication in digital marketing and to evaluate aforementioned campaigns based on usual principles of promotion among public and educational facilities in the Czech Republic. In order to understand the background the situational analysis and monitoring of current trends within the online advertisement were used. The main contribution is a set of recommendations that could be useful for any educational facility.
