The development, present condition and prospects of Karlovy Vary Public Library

Tématem bakalářské práce je vývoj, současný stav a perspektivy vývoje Městské knihovny v Karlových Varech (http://www.mestskaknihovnakv.cz) s podrobným popisem jeho knihovnické, kulturní a vzdělávací činnosti. -- V úvodních kapitolách je představena historie veřejné knihovny v Karlových Varech od roku 1945 do roku 2006. Dále pak vznik Městské knihovny odtržením od Krajské knihovny. -- Stěžejní kapitoly pojednávají o současném stavu Městské knihovny Karlovy Vary a perspektivách jejího dalšího vývoje. Rozebírají nynější stav knihovny s důrazem kladeným na knihovnickou, kulturní a vzdělávací činnost této instituce.

The economic impact of structural policies

The theme of this thesis are the economic impacts of structural policies. The first part focus on policy economic and social cohesion, an analysis of the programming period from 2004 to 2006, from 2007 to 2013 and an analysis of the current situation and the objectives set up for the programming period from 2014 to 2020. The second part is using a linear regression model to making a proposal for an improvement of drawing grants from structural funds in the new budget period from 2014 to 2020. It also determine an economic determinants which are analyse and evaluated in terms of their development since the Czech republic joined the European Union. Finally the work identified and evalueted the benefits of structural policies in various areas.

Position of a partner in Ltd.

This diploma thesis describes the position of partner (member) in a Czech limited liability company and interprets all legal aspects of his rights and obligations. The essay focuses on descriptions of one of the most favorite legal forms and its main characteristics. The aim of the essay is to outline the opportunities of this legal form and issues relating to sometimes uneasy possibilities of the entrepreneur. It points out the advantage of being not liable for the company´s debts after paying off all the members´ capital contributions and analyses the consequences of interest ownership. Moreover, the capital contribution determines the amount of rights and duties of the members that is the main object of this diploma.
