Title: Image and awareness of brand Snowbear in Hradec Králové Summary: The main purpose of this thesis is to identify image and brand awareness of Snowbear in Hradec Kralove. Research brand provides services in the field of winter outdoor activities. It also run a shop specialized in sporting equipment, rental, repair plus ski and snowboard school. Methods: Marketing research has been done by written inquiries and information needed to create a brand profile was obtained through a personal interview with the owner of the Snowbear. The concept of a questionnaire created for the analysis of Snowbear brand was inspired by brand identity system according to David Aaker. For this thesis will also be applied standardized method of brand personality by authors Geuense, Weijterse and de Wulf (2009). Results: The research showed that the brand is well known among sport active population in Hradec Králové. Respondents have experienced the brand and think about them, they are good quality, affordable, price matches the quality and are offered in a friendly environment. Title: Customers satisfaction with the services of Energy Studio Objectives: The objective of this diploma thesis is to find out the quality of services provided by Energy Studio via SERVQUAL questionnaire. Then create suggestions and recommendations based on the results of this questionnaire. These suggestions and recommendations should lead to overall improvement of quality of all services offered by Energy Studio. Methods: The research of service quality in yoga center Energy Studio was performed by using standardized SERVQUAL questionnaire which explored the actual perceived quality of services and was comparing it to clients expectations. The data collection took place in the period from February 2015 until the half of March 2015. Results: The results of the customer's satisfaction analysis in Energy Studio Václava Krejčíka show that the customers are very satisfied with services provided by studio. The overall quality of services in that yoga center are evaluated better than was customers expectation. There are small gaps in some services, on which should Energy Studio focused in order to reach the maximal customer satisfaction. Title: AC Sparta Praha fotbal a.s. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate public relations of AC Sparta Praha fotbal a.s. This thesis is manly focused on evaluating the work of department of communication a PR. The aim is to analyze and describe all the comunicaton channels of the club. Methods: This thesis uses an electronic questionnaire, which is filled by Sparta supporters. The other method is an interview with a employee of Sparta, who is a member of department of communication and PR. Results: The supporters are satisfied with the work of the department of communication and PR. Sparta uses three basic communication channels, which includes social networks, magazine Sparta do toho! and an official web page. Sparta should improve its video materials and should begin to do more informal interviews with the players. Title: The club development of american football in the Czech Republic In the first part of this thesis American football is introduced, explaining basic game principles and describing the game so that the reader can imagine what the sport is all about. The second part then focuses on examining the emergence of particular American football clubs in the Czech Republic. The whole period is divided into several stages, with a strong focus on finding a common denominator of individual events. The aim is to map American football in the Czech Republic since the establishment of the first club up to the present with emphasis on main themes and key periods. Comparison of interest in sports activities between high school students in Prague and in Karlovy Vary region.

1 Abstract Title: Comparison of interest in sports activities between high school students in Prague and in Karlovy Vary region Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find and compare the interest in sport between two groups - high school students in Prague and Karlovy Vary region. Furthermore, the aim is also to find out the reason why students do sport or why students have even no interest in sport. Another objective is to find and compare the way how students in both regions spend their leisure time. Lastly, sports conditions were verified in both regions. Methods: Interest in sports activities has been investigated by using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was specially created for this research. Results: Research has shown that the level of sport activity is higher by students from Karlovy Vary region than by students from Prague. Although the conditions for sports activities are worse in Karlovy Vary region than in Prague, students do sport more often and doing sport is more popular in comparison with other leisure time activities. Title: Comparison of participation in physical activities of secondary school students and primary school pupils in Prague Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to find and compare the participation in extracurricular physical and sport activities of Prague's secondary school students and Prague's primary school pupils based on questionnaire survey and following evaluation of the obtained data. Methods: The research was realized using the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was designed specifically for this research. Results: The research results suggest that the physical activities are comparatively expanded among secondary school students and primary school pupils in Prague. It has been statistically proven that primary school pupils are interested in physical activities in organized form more than secondary school students. There are not significant statistical differences between primary school pupils and secondary school students in the frequency of doing physical activities. Title: Conditions for the organized and unorganized sport children aged 11-15 years in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav Targets: The aim of this thesis is find out the relation of children aged 11-15 years in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav to sports activities and find out their satisfaction with the spatial and material conditions for the sport. Methods: To obtain the necessary data was used the method of quantitative empirical research using questionnaires. It was also used data analysis and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data were processed by PC programs Microsoft Excel and Statistica. Results: The results of the survey revealed satisfaction of the respondents with the conditions for the organized and unorganized sport in the city. It was also found out what kinds of sports facilities and sports clubs are missed by the respondents in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav. Title: Public Relations tools and activities of ice-hockey team HKM Zvolen Goals: The objective is to analyze and appraise Public Relations tools and activities of ice- hockey club HKM Zvolen which are aimed at target group of fans. As a follow-up to the executed analysis and appraisal other possible solutions of effective communication with fans, that would lead to improvement of club's name, increasing its popularity among the public and mainly enlargement of fans basement connected with higher fans attendance of home games, will be suggested. Methods: The determinated objective is achieved by using analysis of documents and texts followed by descriptive analysis which were the base for creating summary of Public Relations tools and activities towards fans basement of ice-hockey club HKM Zvolen. To gain more detail information, which is not accessible to the public, cooperation with club's management in form of interview was very helpful. Results: The result of this paper is elaborated analysis and summary of PR communication of ice-hockey club HKM Zvolen with its fans during the previous season 2013/2014.
