Arterial hypertension is one from the most common diseases of the cardiovascular system. Current therapy and control over arterial hypertension are not sufficient, despite of progress in pharmacotherapy and introduction of new antihypertensive drugs into medication. Aim of study: Aim of this study was to find a deeper knowledge of hypertonic patients about their disease, their compliance with therapy and doctor's instructions and pacient's knowledge about their actual blood pressure. Effect of antihypertensive therapy was assessed including conformity local prescribing with current guidelines. Methods: Data of the prospective study were collected by a questionnaire. The exploratory sample was consisted of randomly 320 surveyed hypertensive patients living in the Štětí and its surroundings. The research was performed from July 2010 to November 2011. This study concerns with social aspects of secondhand clothing in connection with alternative clothing behavior. It presents scientific studies, relevant to these topics, published up to now and introduce to its own empirical research from this course of study which analyses interviews with women dressed in alternative way and whose style of clothing aquires from seconhand clothes.
Antenatal care and delivery of multipath pregnancy

Baccalor work is specificly dealing with leading prenatal care at multipath gravidity. It describes frequency of appearance of the multipath gravidity and etiology. It characterizes the most occuring threads for mother as well as for unborned child, which could arise during multipath gravidity. There is set of rules, in accordance with is dealing about the way, how is childbirth carry on. Empirical part is composed of quantitative research. It is dealing with a measure of awareness among mothers about multipath gravidity. It pays attention to rising of complications during pregnancy in dependence on the way of conception. It finds out, which health complications are the most common for mother and if there is necessary hospitalization because of them. It examines in which part of the pregnancy women give births with the highest frequency and what is the most often way of the birth of the multipath birth.
John the Fool as a picaresque hero

This bachelor thesis deals with the figure of fool John in Czech literature. It will be analysed his personality and it will be approached him as a picaresque hero. John is compared with the representatives of the same genre in Czech and world literature. It will be focused on common and different features. The thesis will be offered a traditional Czech John as a specific type and it will be approached the picaresque novel and its importance in the literature.
