The actual questions of The Foster Care in the Czech Republic

The topic of my thesis is called Current Questions about Foster Care in the Czech Republic. European Union organizations and UNICEF organizations, due to the information from experts, have been drawing attention to the fact, that there is a high percentage of children under the age of three years living in various institutions. It is therefore necessary for the state to increase the support for substitutive family care. The theoretical part describes the function and defects of a family, psychic deprivation of children, the history of foster care, the institution of foster care and its new forms and other. The target of the research and hypothesis is stated in the practical part. The target of the thesis is an attempt to clarify all the reasons why children live in institutions and why finding a substitutive family for them is difficult. The targeted sample was represented by 110 children from all regions of the Czech Republic except the South Bohemia region. These children{\crq} s collection of documents was forwarded in the second half of the year 2007 to the Regional Council of South Bohemia Region. In accordance with the target of the work following hypothesis were determined: Hypothesis no. 1: Most of the targeted children have serious disabilities. Hypothesis no. 2: The targeted sample were mainly children between 7 {--} 10 years old. Hypothesis no.3: The most frequent reason why children stay in institutions is the fact that their parents are not able to look after them. Hypotheses have been refuted. Protection of intellectual property rights in WTO

The graduation thesis surveys present treatment of intellectual property rights and their protection in WTO. The thesis briefly characterizes WTO and describes the development of protection of intellectual property before the TRIPS agreement was concluded. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the TRIPS agreement in detail because it is the most important instrument of protection of intellectual property rights at present. The thesis critically evaluates the regulation of particular legal institutes in TRIPS agreement and describes disputes of WTO member states in the relevant field. At the end of the thesis there is an outline of means for execution of the rights, present problems in the particular field and possible future development of the regulation.

Psychopatological result of schock

Topics of this diploma thesis are psychopathological consequences after craniocerebral trauma. This thesis focus on rising cognitive deficit after different brain damage. I solve rising of brain trauma and psychopathological deficits. I describe medical examination, which define diagnosis and individual form of rehabilitation. After that follows somatic and functional diabilities of central nervous system. The last chapter is about casuistry of young boy, who was injured in the crash. He had head injury with another psychopathological deficits.

The couple and parenthood institutions from the point of view of the young generation

The topic of my thesis is The partnership and parenthood status from the young generation point of view.In the theoretical part I outlined the values and lifestyle of the young generation, the partnership status, unmarried husband - unmarried wife cohabitation the marriage status, parenthood, divorces and social roles of mother and father. The goal of the second, application part was to monitor the values and views of young people in relation to partnership and parenthood. I chose a written anonymous questionaire for the studying respondents in the age of 15-25 years for my survey. The overall number of my respondents was 100. I was examining 2 assumptions. The first hypothesis was: The married partnership is still preferred to the common law partnership. I wanted to confirm that the young generation still returns to the traditional values in despite of the fall of some marriage images. The second assumption was that the young population believes in equality between man and woman in relation to the upbringing the children. These two hypothesis were confirmed. This thesis can serve as a brief summary of the values of today's young population.

WTO - charakteristika, hlavní cíle činnosti

Bakalářská práce pojednává o Světové obchodní organizaci. Vedle obecné charakteristiky má za cíl analyzovat postavení rozvojových zemí v rámci této organizace. V pěti kapitolách popisuje vývoj vzniku WTO, organizační strukturu, principy jejího fungování, pravidla obchodu jednotlivými komoditami a aktuální otázky činnosti WTO ve vztahu k rozvojovým zemím. V každé kapitole práce kriticky hodnotí, nakolik jsou respektovány potřeby rozvojových zemí v dané oblasti. V závěru vedle syntézy postavení rozvojových zemí ve WTO předkládá návrhy na možný postup těchto států tak, aby z mnohostranného obchodního systému co nejvíce profitovaly.
