The main aim of my diploma thesis is to choose the most sutaible option of loan financing of business activities of individual in simulated conditions. The first part is followed to summary of theoretical knowledges about loans issues which are loan analysis specifically interest, loan application, repayment, protection, risks and types of loans, then loan markets, loan unions and central bank and loans. The second part is aimed to analysis of specific cases of getting loans, morgages and leasing for entrepreneurs and citizens and it´s following evaluation. Then there is comparison of the best options. In conclusion of this part there are analysis and all the results of current situation of getting loans for entrepreneurs in Czech republic.

The main aim of my diploma thesis is to choose the most sutiable option of financing of curtain project in the company and make a comparison with other ways of financing and finding if there is financing of the curtain project from Europion Union subsidies in the company. The first part is followed to summary of theoretical knowledges about regional policy and opportunities of financing from Europion Union funds. The second part is aimed to present the company Tuhlářství XYZ and it´s market position based on SWOT analysis. Then there is an identify of opportunity of investment project and summary of it´s financing. Then there is evaluation of opportunities of financing with of without Europion Union subsidy.

Osoby samostatně výdělečně činné na českém trhu práce: Analýza odlišností ve srovnání se zaměstnanci ve světle reformy veřejných financí

Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením zaměstnance a OSVČ na trhu práce z hlediska porovnání jejich čistých mezd a příjmů. Sleduje, jak velké byly odvody sociálního a zdravotního pojištění a daně z příjmu fyzických osob v roce 2007 a 2008 u jednotlivých forem výdělečné činnosti. Od 1. ledna 2008 vstupuje v platnost zákon o stabilizaci veřejných financí, který s sebou přináší mnoho nového. Změny se dotknou celé metody výpočtu čistých mezd a příjmů, sazby daně z příjmu fyzických osob i odvodů sociálního a zdravotního pojištění. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké změny přinese reforma veřejných financí v oblasti výdělků zaměstnanců a OSVČ, při jak vysoké hrubé mzdě je výhodnější stát se zaměstnancem a při jak velkém příjmu je lepší začít podnikat. Jednotlivá analýza bude provedena zvlášť za podmínek platných pro rok 2007 a po zavedení reformních změn od 1. ledna 2008.
