The State of Flow in U19 Basketball Players

Title: The State of Flow in U19 Basketball Players Objective: The primary aim of this bachelor's thesis is to determine the impact of the flow state on the sports performance of basketball players competing in the U19 league. It focuses on understanding how flow manifests in the context of young athletes and how it influences their performance on the court. Tasks: The main task include identifying the levels of flow state experience among basketball players and analyzing its impact on their performance. Emphasis is placed on understanding how flow manifests in basketball and the factors that contribute to its achievement. Methods: Data was collected using a questionnaire method, specifically the FSS-2 (Flow State Scale-2), which is designed specifically for measuring the experience of the flow state in athletes. Results: The data analysis revealed interesting patterns in the experience of flow among players and showed how various aspects of flow affect their sports performance. The results provide new insights into the psychological factors that play a role in the performance of young basketball players. Awareness of strength and conditioning training in junior basketball

Title: Awareness of strength conditioning training in junior basketball Aims: The main aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out to what extent coaches of junior basketball categories use and work with strength conditioning training. It will be especially evaluated at what time of the season they use this training, what type of strength they primarily focus on, in what form they work with this method and whether they see a shift in their playing activities due to the use of strength training. Further, I describe the possible forms of strength training exercises designed for the development of these specific strengths. Methods: The thesis uses a questionnaire method, which aims to find out the experience of basketball coaches with strength training and in which part of the annual training season they use it most. The questionnaire also uses an interview method. The results are graphically processed using graphs and factual comments. I submit the questionnaire to individual clubs, completing is anonymous. Title: Evaluation of the jump height of professional male handball players in correlation with dynamic postural stability Aims: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the jump height in professional handball players using the mobile application My Jump 2. Another goal is to evaluate dynamic postural stability, which was evaluated using a dynamic postural posturography device NeuroCom Smart EquiTest. The last goal of the thesis is the subsequent correlation of jump height and dynamic postural stability. Methods: This diploma thesis is a quantitative correlation study, in which the research used a deliberately selected group of professional handball players n = 20 with an average age of 25.64 ± 3.66, who play in the highest domestic competition and have simultaneously played handball for at least 10 years, with no history of serious orthopedic, internal or neurological injury. The evaluation took place in the kinesiology laboratory of the Department of Physiotherapy, UK FTVS. This bachelor work describes methods pricing long-term assets in accounting and also looks for possible optimization of these methods. Specifically optimization of the methods pricing at a chosen company. This work should provide a comprehensive survey of effectiveness individual methods within the company and should serve as an important instrument for the company to manage its business effectively. This work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical. There are mentioned and in detail characterized topics of a definition and classification long-term assets, acquisition of assets, assets and ways of their pricing, types of depreciation, asset improvements of assets and disposal of assets. Then the practical part which is focused on a description of the methods within Accounting Master s. r. o. company and their optimization. There are topics relating to a characteristic of the company, its valuation and methods of valuation which the company uses in the practical part and there are introduced drafts of a solution and optimization of these methods of valuation long-term assets of the company in conclusion.
