Hodnocení spolupráce obcí v SO ORP Znojmo jako faktoru rozvoje venkova

This bachelor thesis deals with the inter-municipal cooperation in selected municipalities in the administrative district of Znojmo - municipality with extended powers. Through its own qualitative survey, necessary information to evaluate the subsequent municipalities´ cooperation in the region was collected directly from local officials. The cooperation primarily focuses on a project to support municipal cooperation which was carried out in the area in the period from 1 May 2013 to 30 June 2015. The survey revealed that the project System support for development of inter-municipality cooperation in the Czech Republic, in short called Municipalities for themselves, led to successful development of cooperation between autonomous rural -type communities, in particular by strengthening mutual relations and building trust for joint projects. It also provided specific analyzes goals and recommendations for further development of the region which can be achieved through inter-municipal cooperation.

The remembrance of judaism in public area on the example of Pacov and its surroundings

Thesis looks into the history of judaism, particularly in the area of Pacov. Major part of the thesis is dedicated to preserve jewish relicts in Pacov and surroundings, especially jewish cemeteries and jewish synagogues in this area, with focus on their history, present and purpose, both historical and current. Practical part of the thesis contains questionnaire survey which shows awareness level of Pacov's inhabitants about jewish relicts.

The Importance of Public Gatherings in Critical Events: Application to Case of Karlín Borough after Floods in 2002

This bachelor work deals with the phenomenon of the public gatherings of money as one possible source of financing the damages caused by floods. The aim was to answer these questions: why today's society still needs a public gathering, in what may the non-profit sector "compete" with the public sector, and what are the pros and cons of financing flood damages by the public gatherings. There were compared particularly the quickness of reaction and the amount of financial aid of the public and nonprofit sectors. The basis for the answers consists of results of the research, held among the subjects, involved in organizing the gatherings after the floods of 2002. For subsequent data processing was used a special methodology, developed for this purpose of public gatherings, built on existing methods of evaluating the performance of nonprofit organizations.
