The theme of this thesis is a comprehensive master plan of a selected firm from South Moravia. The first part deals with the development of production in the period from inception until today and describes some of the shortcomings and problems of the current situation. The next part of the thesis tries to eliminate these deficiencies and suggests possible future configuration options including factory production editing program, technology and production efficiencies due to the expected business investment opportunities.

Diploma thesis is engaged in elaboration of a business project concerning a brand-new corporation. First of all, the key-stone of this business project is defined and the findings from the literature retrieval are written down. The next point is the market analysis. Consequently is approached a actual proposal which contains a financial plan, marketing plan and eventual risks. The last point is an economical evaluation of the whole project.

Visualization of production documents in IFE Brno

This thesis deals with the effectivity of the work procedure visualisations. This thesis describes basic programs used for work procedure visualisation in the IFE company. The example of a product and following time sequences shows how time -efficient the use of visualized procedures is. The final focus of the thesis is on improving work procedures by using 3D models for simpler assembly procedures and preassembly procedures.

Rationalisation production of generators in TES Vsetín a.s.

The aim of this work is a significant racionalization of manufactory of skeleton of generator TES 472. In this work weaknesses of the current situation and possible solution directions were evaluated. Based on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions were designed completely new concepts of manufacturing of this product. Rationalisation doesn´t deal only with the technology but is also focused on warehousing and material handling. The outcome of this work is not only a recommendation designed to streamline production, but also an economic evaluation of proposed actions.

Rationalisation of manipulation shop

The aim of this thesis is to reach a distinctive rationalization of the production and assembling plant of Cargo Van Brno company. In the project of new lay-out of the production area were all restrictions given by management of the company and by owner of the property strictly met. Technological changes of the process plan and investments suggestions are determined by the company's strategic plan.
