Three-channel mixing console
Sůra, Lukáš ; Boušek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hejátková, Edita (advisor)
This work deals with the design and manufacturing of the three channel analog mixing consol. This console is capable of mixing low frequency signals. After a short introduction and distribution of panels is shown a block scheme and then designed circuit diagram. Each chanel is three-band, it is solved by using the equalizer combined with the logharitmic level controller (fader), the sensitivity controller (gain) and the interception button. The preamplifier and three-band equilizer are used to treat the microphone input. The mixing pult has six stereo inputs, three of them for the line levels signals (line in) and the last three inputs for a portable phonograph treated with pre-amplifiers (phono in). It also has three stereo line level outputs used by the main output (master out), the interception (booth out) and the headphones (headphones out). The output corrections are solved by using the five-band equalizer, which can be bridged. The linear level controller (crossfader) is placed beetwen channels. The logathmic level controller is used to setup the output signal.
Switch stereo low frequency signals
Lukesle, Václav ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hejátková, Edita (advisor)
The work proposes steps for fabricating low-frequency preamplifier including switchable inputs and the output equalizer. In the beginning of the thesis theoretical principles of amplifying the low-frequency signals are introduced. For setting the resonance frequency of equalizer the gyrator filter has been used. By setting the aforementioned frequency and tuning the potentiometer we are able to change the quality factor as well as the gain of the entire circuit. Benefit of this work is a large flexibility for tuning the output signal including a possibility of selection of four various inputs. Simulation and measurement results, PCB and a summary of discrete components are finally attached.
An external user interface with USB
Sládeček, Michal ; Ambrož, Jaromír (referee) ; Hejátková, Edita (advisor)
This work elaborates on development of simple user interface module which can communicate with host system via USB. Existing alternatives for this kind of device are described first, followed by basic theory of USB communication. Goal of the thesis is the selection of hardware parts , electrical and mechanical design of the device and implementation of the software library. The result of this work is functional device prototype complemented by fully-featured software library.
Optimization of switching regulated DC-DC converter design
Appel, Daniel ; Ing. Jan Bartoň, Meatest, s.r.o (referee) ; Hejátková, Edita (advisor)
The main goal of this project was an optimization of DC-DC converter design from company Meatest with regards to its efficiency, minimalizing power loses and radiated electromagnetic inference, while maintaining its price on reasonable level. The first part of this paper is introduction to the most common converter topologies. In the second part, design and optimization of converter are discussed. The third part is about measurement automatization in Simple. Measurements of converter prototype can be found in fourth part.
Voltage reference based on LTZ1000 IC
Grohoľ, Stanislav ; Musil, Vladislav (referee) ; Hejátková, Edita (advisor)
The thesis deals with the issue of stability of voltage reference based on LTZ1000(A) integrated circuit. At the beginning are specified main parameters of voltage references in terms of stability. The work presents distribution references by architecture and by method of connection to the circuit. Work compares some references of Analog Devices and Linear Technology companies. In work is described voltage reference LTZ1000(A) and its circuits from datasheet. Listed are the main factor that influence the stability of reference, such as temperature, PCB design, Zener diode bias current, airflow and choice of circuit components. Given the description of a design module with the 7 V, 5 V and 10 V output. Made was three samples of PCB. Listed are results from long-term drift and temperature drift measures.
Emisivity and its Impact on the Heat Conductivity
Gančev, Jan ; Hejátková, Edita (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This work deals with the issue of emissivity and its impact on the heat dissipation. The first part describes the basics of thermal management, the issue of emissivity and its measurement. In the second, experimental part, are dedicated the emissivity values of examined specimens. These values are then used as initial conditions for the thermal simulation. In the last part are compared the measured results and the simulated results and is evaluated the impact of emissivity for the heat dissipation.
Contacting and the climatic contact imunity
Gregor, Pavel ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hejátková, Edita (advisor)
The object of this work is the identifikacion of Wirebonding (welding with a thin wire). This work elaborates various methods of welding. Various methods of testing are described, especially destructive and non-destructive testing. Destructive testing is used in experimental part and the results are placed in tables.
Automatic lighting controls
Sůra, Lukáš ; Boušek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hejátková, Edita (advisor)
This diploma work discusses the design of an automatic lighting for the home. Each access point in the rooms is designed to detect with two laser beams. Laser beams can be extended with PIR sensor and a mechanical switch. An access point can be, for example frames . By this is achieved that when entering the room the light is switched on and the light goes off when leaving. Automatic lighting controls consists of the central panel, the remote sensing and the detection frame. The control panel controls laser beams and lights. Remote control is used to switch on/off the light in the certain room. The detection frame is used to detect a person who enters or leaves the room.
Optimalization of ultrasonic interconnection
Gregor, Pavel ; Hejátková, Edita (referee) ; Buršík, Martin (advisor)
The thesis summarizes the basic knowledge of Wirebonding. It also closely studying the various influences on the final shape, strength and reliability of the bonds. In the experimental part are found the optimal settings of various wire bonders. For wire bonder TPT HB-10 are found the optimal settings for different types of surfaces, which were contacted.
Analyze of Packaging Impact on Insulating properties
Pulec, Jiří ; Hejátková, Edita (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
Modern analog systems processing signals with very small amplitude are prone to distortion, which is caused by leakage between signal traces. Causation of this is contamination of insulating gap, which insulates these traces. Goal of this thesis is to design and manufacturing of test structure, which allows classification of influence of contamination on substrate on leakage, and another goal is classification of technologiacal processes in light of contamination of substrate with electroactive inpurities. Based on results of this experiments are defined rules leading to optimizing of properties of manufactured structures. Attention is applied to ceramic substrates with conductive traces which are created with thick film technology.
