The bachelor's thesis deals with methods of self-knowledge, tools and techniques of self- management and time management of managers in kindergartens. These are school principals, deputy principals and senior pedagogical staff. The work mentions concepts such as self- knowledge, self-evaluation and their meaning and methods. Describes the principles of self- knowledge and ways to be proactive. It focuses mainly on tools and techniques of self-management and time management, where it outlines the principles and procedures of planning that can be used to streamline work. The work is designed so that its knowledge can be used by managers of primary and secondary schools. Study of science park localization options in NE part of Kladno

Bachelor thesis is focused on the study possibilities of locating science and technology park in the northeastern part of Kladno. This is a conceptual study to the possibility of finding the ideal location for science and technology park. The work is divided into three basic parts. The introductory part, the literature review is devoted to the issue of brownfields, the importance of innovation in regional development and scientific and technological parks, their division in our country and abroad, and analysis of examples of existing science parks.
Analytical part analyzes the studied area in terms of broader relations, historical development, functional, transport and space utilization. The output of the analytical part is drawing issues and values. Forms part of the work is focused on the three main variants of concepts solutions that differ from each proposed feature parks and its location in the investigated area.
