Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zpracování studie možnosti lokalizace vědecko-technického parku v severovýchodní části Kladna. Jedná se o koncepční studii, jejímž cílem je hledání možnosti ideálního umístění vědeckotechnického parku. Práce je členěna do tří základních částí. Úvodní část práce, literární rešerše, je věnovaná problematice brownfields, významu inovací v regionálním rozvoji a vědeckotechnickým parkům, jejich typologii, nároky na územní podmínky a jejich přínos pro území. Analytická část, analyzuje řešené území z hlediska širších vztahů, historického vývoje, funkčního, dopravního a prostorového využití. Výstupem analytické části je výkres problémů a hodnot. Návrhová část práce je zaměřená na návrh tří variantních koncepcí řešení, které se od sebe liší navrhovanou funkcí parků a jejím umístěním v řešeném území. Bachelor thesis is focused on the study possibilities of locating science and technology park in the northeastern part of Kladno. This is a conceptual study to the possibility of finding the ideal location for science and technology park. The work is divided into three basic parts. The introductory part, the literature review is devoted to the issue of brownfields, the importance of innovation in regional development and scientific and technological parks, their division in our country and abroad, and analysis of examples of existing science parks. Analytical part analyzes the studied area in terms of broader relations, historical development, functional, transport and space utilization. The output of the analytical part is drawing issues and values. Forms part of the work is focused on the three main variants of concepts solutions that differ from each proposed feature parks and its location in the investigated area.
