Diplomová práca je zameraná na aplikáciu metód a nástrojov Projektového manažmentu vrámci projektu Ples VUT. Kapitola 1 skúma teoretické základy Projektového manažmentu a jeho metód. Kapitola 2 analyzuje súčasný stav, udržateľnosť akcie, konkurenciu a ponúka zhrnutie poučenia, ktoré sa môže využiť na zlepšenie stavu v budúcnosti. Kapitola 3 zahŕňa návrhy využiteľné pre projekt Ples VUT 2017, avšak ak by boli návrhy prispôsobené podľa potreby, sú využiteľné aj v ďalších ročníkoch. SMART cieľ, logický rámec, výstupy a WBS, analýza rizík, a plánovanie zdrojov, času a rozpočtu sú navrhnuté využitím metód a nástrojov Projektového manažmentu.

Part of this work is a practical part, which presents a case of study of a pacient with this diagnosis. Methods: Every method used in this work comes from bachelor's study of physiotherapy at FTVS. Results: Fyziotherapy treatment provided improvement in almost every criteria of the clinical state of the pacient. A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total knee replacement

Author: Alžběta Marie Kozubíková Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total knee replacement Objectives: The aim of theoretical part of the thesis is a thorough and complete introduction into gonarthrosis. The aim of the practical part of thesis is to present a case study of a female patient with total knee replacement. The patient, who had been diagnosed with gonarthrosis, underwent treatment in a private medical facility MediCentrum Praha. The treatment was followed by post-surgical rehabilitation, consisting of a series of therapeutical procedures whose effect is assessed. Methods: The present bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical one provides some basic information about the anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint. The chapter called Gonarthrosis discusses the condition in detail, as patients with gonarthrosis are the most common candidates for total knee replacement. The chapter also explains pathomechanics, symptoms, occurrence rate and treatment options. Other chapters give an overview of efficient methods and techniques that physiotherapy can offer, following total knee replacement. Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Care of a Patient with a Diagnose of Cervicocranial Syndrom

Author: Kristýna Tunková Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with a diagnose of cervicocranial syndrom This thesis deals with cervicocranial syndrome. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and specific. The theoretical part describes different kinds of headaches with the possibilities of their therapy. A case study of a patient suffering from cervicocranial syndrome is described in the specific part. This patient underwent therapy in Medicentrum Praha in the period of 18. 1. - 2. 2. 2012. The case study includes initial kinesiology examination, on which basis targets and therapy process have been set. It also includes the description of therapeutic methods and final kinesiology examination, after which the effect the described therapy was evaluated. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of a Patient with Total Shoulder Arthroplasty. Aim: The aim of this work is to process the problem of the total shoulder arthroplasty and to focus the physiotherapy procedure for the patients with this diagnosis. The work contains the detailed case report of the patient with total shoulder arthroplasty. Methods: The theoretical part deals with the issue from the perspective of the shoulder joint anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and orthopedics. The special part contains the case study of the patient with total shoulder arthroplasty and is based on the practical work with this patient during the continuous practice in private medical facilities Medicentrum, a. s. The work includes the input and the output of kineziological examination, short-term and long-term plan of the therapy, description of the therapeutic units and the final evaluation of the effects of the therapy. Title: The case report of physiotherapy care of a patient with the diagnosis of impingement syndrome and lateral epicondylitis The main goal of this thesis is to summarize the knowledge about impingement syndrome diagnosis and physiotherapeutic work with patients being diagnosed with this syndrome. The theoretical part will describe the anatomy and biomechanics of the shoulder girdle, etiopathogenesis of impingement syndrome and various methods that are suitable for treating these patients. In the practical part, which was based on the cooperation with the assigned patient, I will apply the acquired knowledge about the proposed topic.
