Součástí práce je i praktická část, která pojednává o kazuistice pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Všechny metody použité v této práci vychází z bakalářského studia fyzioterapie na FTVS. Výsledky: Fyzioterapeutická péče prokázala zlepšení klinického stavu pacienta téměř ve všech kritériích. Part of this work is a practical part, which presents a case of study of a pacient with this diagnosis. Methods: Every method used in this work comes from bachelor's study of physiotherapy at FTVS. Results: Fyziotherapy treatment provided improvement in almost every criteria of the clinical state of the pacient.
