Possibilities of long jump training options at the lower primary level The degree work is concerned with possibilities of long jump teaching in young learners classes. The theoretical part of the work pays attention to child's personality, his progress and motor skills. Teaching athletics in Physical Education lessons in Primary Schools is described in the work.The attention is paid on history, profile , segmentation and long jump technique. In the degree work, in the purpose of an experiment, there was made a methodical progression and its effect was checked. Motor Skills of Children of Primary School Age

The deal of these thesis is to determinate the level of physical abilities of elementary school children, specifically children aged 6 to11 years. Testing was conducted at two schools - Elementary School Kladská 1in Prague and Elementary School Bedřicha Hrozného in Lysá nad Labem. Furthermore, I focused on the results differences between the Prague school and the school outside Prague and the differences between the results of physically active and physically inactive pupils. For testing purposes, I used the test battery UNIFITTEST. Used were the following tests: long jump with take-off from the place, sit-ups / 60 seconds and endurance shuttle run. Zdeňka Engelthalerová Abstract: This thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part includes theoretical knowledge, which relates to motoric abilities, especially their definition and structuring in relation to primary school children. There is also a description of coordination abilities and their possibile recognising and development in detail. In the practical part there is a description of testing procedure which finds out the level of space orientation, balance and rhythm coordination abilities by pupils in the forth form at primary school. The tests results are statistically analysed and annotated. Obtained data are compiled in charts and diagrams. Development of reflective abilities of children of primary school Age two legs jump ability

1 Abstrakt v angličtině The target of my work is to prove the functionality of the composed programme developing the take-off skills in children of early school age. The work comprises of 24 instruction sheets of work out, which may be used in lessons of physical education. This instruction set compiles of initial warm up, dynamic stretching, muscle and strength building, and finally practise. All work out phases are adjusted to children of early school age. The work out was piloted by the experimental group of 5th graders of one Prague elementary school. The data was collected twice a week for the period of three months. The indicator of the successful performance was the results of motor skill test of long jump with both legs. All the data has been collected by gathering and meassuring of childrens' weight, height, and performance. Each tested child performed the long jump three times and the best performance was selected. For the period of three months the experimental group of children was following the designed work out in order to improve their take-off skills. Contrary, the children in the second peer group followed the regular instruction of their form teacher. In three months time the children from the experimental group as well as the children from the second group were tested again. The results...

Anotation The aim is to find out what activities in pre-school education leading to the election of synchronized swimming in a subsequent age. Another objective is to determine what activities children perform the most common and if there are any that create the most suitable condition for this sport.
