Properties study of gel polymer electrolytes for lithium-ion batteries
Zítka, Jan ; Dvořák, Petr (referee) ; Musil, Michal (advisor)
The present work deals with the research and development of gel polymer electrolytes and their applications. Thesis talks about the mechanisms that take place in gel electro-lytes. It also discusses the electroanalytical methods used in assessing the gel electro-lytes. The main focus of the work is the preparation of gel polymer electrolytes and compared their properties using methods of impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltam-metry and methods of measurement of transference numbers. Supercapacitor cycling device
Hába, Roman ; Háze, Jiří (referee) ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor)
The supercapacitor is a perspective electrical component reaching very large capacity. Currently is beeing worked on improving its parameters. These parameters are needed to test. Charging and discharging of the supercapacitor is theoretically fully reversible process. However, real supercapacitor accompanies ageing of the electrolyte and electrodes, lead to reduction of the capacity. The aim of this work is to design a device that expose supercapacitor to accelerated ageing, which will facilitate the assessment of ageing commercial and laboratory made supercapacitors.
Automatization of experimental setup for optical spectroscopy
Čecháček, Jan ; Nováček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the modernization and improvement of an application that automates measurements on an experimental setup for spectral and topographic mapping using confocal microscopy and near-field microscopy. The arrangement of the report, the principle of communication of the program with individual parts of the report and the principle of data collection and processing are described here. The output of the program are point spectra and 2D maps describing the topography, intensity and position of the spectral peaks. The thesis includes a research study of optical and time-resolving optical spectroscopy and their applications in nanophotonics. The correct functionality of the program is demonstrated by the results of measurements of perovskite MAPbI3 and organic substrate.
Gel polymer electrolytes for supercapacitors
Bláha, Vladimír ; Musil, Michal (referee) ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with supercapacitors and polymer gel electrolytes. The practical part deals with the preparation of samples of polymer gel electrolyte with addition of alkali salts by measuring their electrical conductivity and evaluation potential windows.
Design of folding propeller for UAVs
Dítě, Radovan ; Dvořák, Petr (referee) ; Popela, Robert (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with the design of foldable propeller for UAVs. The design of the foldalble propeller is created based on theory of propellers and also on tha detail ana-lyzis of existing foldalble propellers with similar dimensions. The propeller is then manufac-tured and tested. One of the part of this thesis also describes design of central hub. At the end the methodical procedure of creating foldable propellers is suggested.
Optical characterization of perovskite via time-resolved spectroscopy
Schlor, Michal ; Kejík, Lukáš (referee) ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with experimental optical characterization of modern organic-anorganic perovskites, which are promised to improve the technology of photovoltaic cells for solar panels soon. Photovoltaic cells based upon these materials bring not only higher efficiency of solar panels, but also relatively simple and cheap manufacture. The first part of this thesis consists of basic structural qualities of perovskites as well as an overview of spectroscopic methods used to examine the properties of perovskites, especially their strong narrow–band photoluminiscence. The second part consists of characterizations of MAPbBr3, FAPbBr3 and MAPbI3 samples based on their photoluminiscence properties.
2D near-field digital holography
Klok, Pavel ; Kvapil, Michal (referee) ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis presents an experimental study of the phase distribution of the surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) interference by using an aperture-type Scanning Near-field Optical Microscope (a-SNOM). Interference patterns caused by the excitation of SPPs waves on variously arranged grooves were detected and compared with FDTD simulations. Using the 2D Near-field Phase-Shifting Digital Holography (NPDH) method, phase distribution in individual interference nanostructures was imaged and later compared to the results obtained from FDTD simulations.
Frequency analysis with using optical system
Chlebounová, Klára ; Dvořák, Petr (referee) ; Jebáček, Ivo (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create a methodology for measuring vibration on the aircraft construction with using optical system and perform basic frequency analysis. Work shortly discusses the theoretical foundations of aeroelastic phenomenon and methods of solving its own deflection shapes and frequencies. In the practical part is measurement methodology designed for simple vibration of clamped rods and then is applied to a frequency analysis of the wing.
Preparation of low-dimensional inorganic perovskites
Nedvěd, Matěj ; Dvořák, Petr (referee) ; Musálek, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the perovskite CsPbBr3. The thesis presents properties and different ways of preparing nanostructures of this inorganic perovskite. The emphasis is placed on physical vapor deposition using effusion cells. The experiments carried out to prepare nanocrystals and nanowires and the subsequent analysis of their morphology, composition and optical properties are described. The effect of the electron beam and long-term exposure to air on the optical properties is studied. Also, the concept of an experiment that should result in the replacement of lead in the perovskite structure by tin is presented.
