Drop forging of pinion
Kameník, Tomáš ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
KAMENÍK Tomáš: Drop forging of pinion The project has been elaborated within the framework of studies of the subject B 2307 and it presents the lay-out of the technology of the forging – the pinion which is made as the drop forging from the material 14 220. The rougher and the finishing forging die were suggested on the bases of the literature study of the drop forging. In consideration of the big series /100 000 pieces/ and the calculated forging power /25MN/ the component will be made on the vertical forging press LZK 2500P/SH (the manufacturer ŠMERAL Brno a.s.). At the end of the thesis there are performed calculations of the technical and economic evaluation.
Drop forging of pinion
Červinka, Petr ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
The project elaborated in a frame of Bachelor’s studies branch 2303 presents a technology design of a forged piece – pinion gear – made by drop forging from 14 220.0 material. Drop forging in two operations was suggested on the basis of specialized studies on the subject of drop forging and calculations. Assumed series of 120 000 pieces a year, will be produced on the drawing inclinable press LMZ 1000 A with nominal tensile force 10 MN. Swages are made of alloyed instrumental steel 19 552.8, heat-worked according to drawing documentation. At the end of the project is implemented technical economic evaluation of the technology design.
Drop forging of gear wheel
Veselý, Milan ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
The project elaborated in a frame of Bachelor’s studies branch B-STG presents a technology design of a forged piece – gear wheel – a part of a gear box made by drop forging from 14 223.0 (20CrMn5-4) material. Drop forging in two operations was suggested on the basis of specialized studies on the subject of drop forging and calculations. Assumed series of 100 000 pieces a year, preciseness and automatization of production of the part, will be produced on the crank drawing inclinable press LMZ 2500 (producer Šmeral Brno, a.s.) with nominal tensile force 25 MN. Swages are made of alloyed instrumental steel 19 552.8, heatworked according to drawing documentation. At the end of the project technical economic evaluation of the technology design is implemented.
Manufacturing of Shaped Holes into Stamped Metal Sheet
Bartusek, Břetislav ; Hušek, Martin (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The aim of bachelor thesis is a proposal of a new technology for manu-facturing of shaped holes into stamped metal sheets. The sheets are made of stainless steel DIN 1.4301 of thickness 0.8 mm. Square holes will be punched into a half-finished metal sheet with pre-pressed lengthwise stamps where elastic-plastic deformations occur. On the basis of study of the sheet metal forming technology, technological calculations and the machine adaptation, a new technology is proposed. The new technology is unassuming both with respect to machinery and tool equipment in a mechanical engineering factory. Also it enables solutions of dimensionally variable die stampings with stamps in higher quality for minimum costs. As the forming machine a punching press, model LDR 25-A, was chosen.
Forming technologies of non-ferrous materials
Zuhla, Michal ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
This work is focused on the surface forming, in particular, non-ferrous metals. There are described methods of cutting, drawing and bending. For each of these methods are listed and summarized the issues. There are also given individual production technologies cutting, drawing and bending, along with examples of products and their use. The work is complemented with an overview of the most important non-ferrous metals. For these metals are described their properties, suitability for molding and their alloys.
Forming Technology of Thin Sheets
Zrzavý, Jaroslav ; Hušek, Martin (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the technology of steel forming thin sheets bending. One section is devoted to the transfer of new knowledge of foreign literature in the field of bending technology. In the next part is made of new knowledge on a specific part of a comparison with the Czech literature.
Forming Technology of Thin Sheets
Vymazal, Aleš ; Hušek, Martin (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The presentation of bachelor thesis deals with the thin metal sheet technology of forming for rotary and non rotary shapes. The focus is on knowledge transfer from the foreign literature. Selected formulas were compared for a given sample of steel 17240.
New trends in processing of metal sheet with coating
Veverka, Štěpán ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
Presented document worked out as the part of bachelor study B2339-00 Mechanical Engineering deals with new trends in processing of coated metal sheets. With consideration of available literature are introduced issues of surface treatment, cutting, bending, drawing and spinning of altered sheets including also the descriptions of some machines which apply these technologies.
The manufacture of cylindrical case by forming
Kratochvíl, Tomáš ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor theses done within bachelor study of specialization in an Engineering technology submits a proposal of production technology of a headless bushing by shaping. A proposed production technology of graded bushing involves an operation of cut-out of semifinished material, draw of an extract with the flange and a curtailment of the flange. The draw is made on the basis of calculation in three operations with the help of holder. According to graphical documentation the extract gets the final shape in the last operation of draw. The purpose of bachelor theses is a design of technological processing and elaboration of drawing documentation of an implement for making the headless bushing.
Technology for bending thin-walled tube of cooper
Solil, Petr ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
Bachalor's thesis is concerned with issues of cutting and bending the thin-walled pipes which are produce from Cu-DHP material by EN12735-2. Thesis is also concerned with banding tool. There is designed banding tool for thin-walled copper pipes in the U form. Thesis contains calculations, drawing of banding tool and experiment with the tensile and bending tests of thin-walled pipes in the U form.
