The rythmic feeling of preschool children and the music component of the Good start method

This diploma thesis deals with the development of the rhythmic feeling of children aged 5-7 years in connection with the music element of The Good Start Method. The aim of the diploma thesis is to present the issue of connecting psychology and music for the use in pedagogy, with emphasis on The Good Start Method. Using my own research, i evaluate its theoretical basis, practical use and point out its problematic parts and try to find a possible improvement of this method. The theoretical part deals with the description of the use of the rhythmic element of music in accordance with the development of children's motor skills and the related development of their rhythmic feelings. It also focuses on a specific methodological approach to the development of musical abilities and related motor and graphomotor skills. The work is explicitly focused on the Czech version of The Good Start Method. This section focuses on the description and objectives of this method and it also presents its pitfalls, which are further mentioned and discussed in the empirical part of the work. In the practical part i present the realized empirical research, which focuses on one lesson of the Czech version of The Good Start Method with a song called Náchodský zámeček. Court Interpreting in the Czech Republic: the status quo

This thesis addresses the current state of court interpretation in the Czech Republic. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part describes EU legislation on court interpretation and projects that aim to improve the quality of court interpretation. The thesis also discusses the development of Czech legislation regarding court interpretation from its inception to the present and expands to expected future development in the field of court interpretation. Major institutions such as EULITA at the European level and KST ČR in the Czech Republic are alluded to in the work. The empirical part consists of research conducted by a questionnaire among court interpreters, judges and investigators. The aim of the research is to answer the question who the present Czech court interpreters are and what their co-operation with the judges and investigators is like.

The potential contribution to sustainable development of retail and the populations lifestyle.

Apart from the theoretical information overview available today on the issue of sustainable development, business innovation and a healthy lifestyle, you can find a practical part in an diploma thesis. In the first half of the practical section there is an overview of activities of some Czech and foreign retailers and consumer organizations towards sustainability. In the second half there is a project designed for a specific shopping center in Budweis. The project is supported by an online marketing research and its task is to design consultancy and information center. It will be located precisely in shopping center in Budweis and will serve its customers as a place where customers will be able not only to obtain information on sustainable development, but also take the opportunity to learn in this field.

Using of Marketing Tools in Chosen Retail Subject

The topic of my bachelor thesis is: The size of exploitation of marketing tools at chosen retail business. As well as an exploration of facts, a practical part can also be found there and it consists of two sections. It is composed of a quantitative and qualitative market research. In the quantitative research forty-four retail businesses in West Bohemia were analyzed. A qualitative marketing research refers to a chosen retail subject.
