Risk Management of the Payment Process Optimization Project

This diploma thesis deals with the risk management in the payment process optimization project. To fulfill the main objective, the norm ČSN ISO 31000:2009 was followed. In the preparation phase for the analysis of the risks were used strategic, scheduling, resource, and cost analysis. Based on the results from these methods, the project risks were identified. Qualitative approach was used in the quantitative phase. Next, the corrective measures were suggested. In the last part, a process of risks monitoring is proposed.

The main goal of the work is the implementation of the selected project in the chosen company using various techniques, tools of project management and methods. The first part of the work, this is the theoretical part. Theoretical information refers to the design solution of the problem of this project. The second part will describe the current state in the selected company, based on the analysis will be selected techniques and methods of assistance which will be carried out the implementation of the project.

The master thesis deals with the issue of risk management in a selected business entity. The subject of the research is the risk of the selected entity. The object of the research is company named Master Fitness. Main focus of the company is to provide physical education and sport services. The thesis also focus more on theoretical background of risk management, identification, analysis and evaluation of risks using qualitative or semi-quantitative methods. The conclusion of the work contains suggestions for measures that lead to the reduction of risks and improvement of the identified situation.

The bachelor thesis focuses on usage of project management in practice on specific project and its result will lead to expanding production capacity. The first part consists of explanation of individual methods, that are used it practical part of bachelor thesis. Second part focuses on external and internal environment analysis of the company Tyco Electronics Czech s.r.o. The result is summarised in SWOT analysis. The last part contains application of gained experiences of project management in practise on the project.

The master thesis deals with the issue of risk management in a selected business entity. The subject of the research is the risks of the selected entity. The object of the research is a Slovak company with the changed name Betolta, a.s., that main activity is the production of reinforced concrete precast units. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The thesis deals in more detail with the current state of the researched issues, identification, analysis and evaluation of risks using the methods of strategic situational analysis. The conclusion of the work deals with proposals and recommendations for improving the identified situation.

The thesis deals with the issue of the knowledge management and its principles. The introduction of thesis is addressed to theoretical basics of the knowledge management that is followed by the practical part. The theoretical part provides the starting point for the proposal and applications of system for the chosen company. The main aim of the practical part was to form the application for management of projects and the repository of the knowledge of the chosen company. This aim should be followed by increasing of the work efficiency and enhancing of the access to the information. The resulting application will be set up into the company workings.

Risk Management of a Business Entity

The thesis deals with the risk management in Motortec s.r.o., a company that operates in the field of sales and maintenance service of passenger and commercial vehicles. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, in which all the essential terms are defined that relate to the thesis itself, and an analytical part that employs the process of risk management. The process includes identification, analysis and subsequent remedies to risks identified. The identification of risks has been carried out using Porter's five forces analysis, SLEPT analysis and McKinsey 7S Framework. SWOT analysis has been carried out subsequently. The risks defined have been assessed using a scoring method and grouped into categories based on their severity. The last part includes measures to reduce the major risks that threaten the examined company.
