Doležal, D. The impact of selected variables on the cryptocurrency market. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2023. The thesis deals with the selection of individual factors and the subsequent identification of whether or not these factors have an influence on the development of the price of Bitcoin. The variables are selected based on scientific articles that deal with this issue and subsequently are subjected to regression analysis. The analysis itself focuses on the period from the last Bitcoin halving, i.e. on those variables that could have potentially influenced the development of the price of our asset in the last approximately three years. The focus is on the general influence of explanatory variables that influence the price of Bitcoin, but also on a comparison of the significance and nature of the influence of individual determinants on the second largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, Ethereum. The results of the work are critically evaluated with scientific articles and recommendations for investors are made based on the information obtained.

Transformation of the mill trade in Sedlčany region between 1848 and 1938

The aim of the doctoral thesis is to describe the development trends of the transformation of miller's trade into modern miller's industry on the example of the judicial district Sedlčany in years 1848-1938. Miller's trade has been influenced by many technological changes, which were already described in the past. The legislative changes based on the economic and political climate, which have yet been ignored, are also essential. These changes had a crucial influence not only on the status of mills, but also on the status of millers. The thesis is divided in three time periods, in which the frame of the state formation and also the Sedlčany district itself were taken into account.

The Diploma thesis on The Position and Role of Public Prosecutor in the Preparatory Criminal Proceedings aims to give a comprehensive view of the public prosecutor's activities in this pre-trial stage of criminal proceedings. The public prosecutor has a completely dominant and irreplaceable role in it, which is fully reflected in the performance of supervision over the observance of the legality of the preparatory criminal proceedings. The public prosecutor bears full responsibility for the proper conduct of the preparatory criminal proceedings and supervisory authorizations represent an essential instrument by which the public prosecutor may exert influence and at the same time regulate the course of the preparatory criminal proceedings. Therefore, such authorizations are a crucial part of this Diploma thesis. The Diploma thesis is divided into three basic chapters and tries to follow the systematics of the Criminal Procedure Code. The first chapter deals with the historical development of public prosecution in our territory and also with the constitutional anchoring and organization of the public prosecutor's office in the Czech legal order. Development of gender identity of children at age 3-6 years

This diploma thesis deals with sex and gender identity development of preschool children. In its theoretical part is the text at first aimed to characteristics of children age 3-6, describing their somatic growth and development of cognitive structures. In the framework of description of the social context of children is focused in general on families, siblings, peer groups, institutions, targeting on game and other interactions. Next part explains basic terminology and context relative to the sex identity and gender. It's mapping main theoretical conceptions and theories, summarizing actual knowledge of the research teams tied to the procceses of formation and development of sex identity and gender and on the other side to theirs manifestation in relation to inner and outer world of the child. Special attention is reserved for basic intrapsychic, socialcultural, environmental and biological aspects again. Partially this thesis touches areas of the child formation in complete and incomplete family, concepts of the androgynous family, influence of the media, communication, game, interaction and segregation, and also sexual identity and sexual orientation. Úpravy biodegradabilních odpadů ze zahradnictví pro energetické využití

This work deals with defining garden wastes and their processing for energy products by pelleting and briquetting. This work compared a briquetting production line and a pelleting production line. Based on technical and economic data, the production costs for 1 t of briquetts/pellets were assessed and as a partial task, the economic profitability was assessed. As emerged from the results, when having similar purchase and production costs, pelleting is more efficient in a ratio of 2 : 1.
