Importance and creation of reference sheets in a construction company

This bachelor thesis deals with the importance and creation of reference sheets in a selected construction company. The theoretical part explains the starting points of the problem. First, the basic concepts related to reference sheets are explained and their meaning is described. The next chapter characterizes the construction company, its activities and the method of obtaining contracts. The empirical part of the work presents the results of an empirical survey, which was conducted among employees of construction companies and design offices. Based on the identified input values was made a catalog of reference sheets for orders processed by a selected construction company for the last 10 years.

The bachelor thesis evaluates the financial situation of Hosova company, limited liability company on the basis of chosen financial analysis in years 2010 – 2013. In theoretical part there is theoretical background about methods used in financial analysis. In practical part the chosen methods of financial analysis are applied and strength and weaknesses in the management of the company are drawn based on results of this analysis. The output of the thesis is a proposal of solutions which will result in an improvement of financial situation of the company.
Marketing concept management of development projects

The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of marketing activities of development company with already implemented development project Panorama City in Bratislava. Marketing attributes are important part of development projects with orientation of their customers, build their image, acquisition of market share and competitive advantage in the real estate market. All the above mentioned facts are analysed within my project The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the strategy of the development project and looking at managing principles and strategy direction of other already implemented development projects. The main aim of is based on the facts from particular analyses to consider right or wrong seepage respectively find the best possible option for the management of the company on the market that develops along with potential customers. My project is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part is focused on familiarization with the basic concepts and processes in the area of construction the development process, analyze marketing environment and marketing strategies used in the construction using technical and scientific literature. In the second part-practical one focuses on analysis of specific Slovak development company and its already implemented a development project, and drafting strategies for marketing in the project. By applying a number of analyzes, which are blind, Porter and SWOT analysis highlight the results and findings after which it can be concluded any new variant of solution management direction and useful for other projects.

The main aim of my thesis is an analysis of the overall development of financing options for private housing, especially in the Czech Republic. The issue of housing solves most of us, at least once in their life. Investment in housing greatly exceeds our income, so it is necessary to the selection of type of housing, correctly decided on its method of financing itself. The statistics which are in the Czech Republic's disposal indicates that the total expenditures of Czech households, housing costs are up to 1/4. Compare the different products occurring in the Czech market, which are intended to finance housing (building savings, mortgage loans, ...). It depends on the consideration of each of us, whether we use a different funding source, such as your own saved money or loans from friends or family members.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analytical processes of marketing in the civil engineering. It is divided in two parts.The first one is a theoretical part, which is focused on the description of the market environment, targeted marketing, marketing mix, analysis of the marketing environment and marketing strategies applicable in the civil engineering. In the second part I analyze the company by application of GE matrix, Porter's analysis, SLEPT analysis and SWOT analysis. At the end of the thesis I present a summary of recommendations and proposal of marketing strategy based on the results and findings from these analyses, which should lead to better position of the company in the market.
Web design of a construction company

This diploma Thesis deals with problematics of web design in civil engineering. Specifically, it focuses on the web design of a projective construction office. The basic concepts relevant to the problematics are defined in the theoretical part of this Thesis. The practical part begins with initial analysis which consists of an opening workshop with a client, a survey and competition research. Based on the analysis findings, target group and project direction are set. Following these steps, the web design is created. It consists of several parts – generation of ideas and possible solutions, information architecture, sketching, prototyping, prototype testing and graphic design itselfs, which is output of this diploma Thesis.
