The diploma thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and experimental. The theoret-ical part deals with machining of foundry as a production technology, where emphasis is placed on gravity casting. Further the theoretical part deals with the problems of the thermal regime of mold, dimensional stability and defects of castings, where this issue is important for experimental measurement in the foundry and its evaluation. The experimental part transmits the findings from the theoretical part to reality by measuring castings. Here is a description of the measured castings and the main parts of the temperature and casting temperature measurements, casting dimensions measure-ments. It follows the evaluation of casting defects. At the end of the work is discussed the measured results with their possible causes and suggestions for further solution.

Employment agencies and agency employment Abstract The topic of this thesis are employment agencies and agency employment. Employment agencies play an important role in the labor market. Their activities involve finding a job for individuals, finding employees for employers, providing advisory services and information services and, of course, the institute referred to as agency employment. Agency employment was incorporated into the Czech law in 2004. The text of this thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is focused on the definition of basic terms related to agency employment and also on the definition of individual entities involved in the agency employment process. The second chapter is devoted to the topic of the development of legal regulation of agency employment. The attention is focused on the development of international law. The third chapter is focused on the employment agencies themselves. The penultimate chapter describes the mutual legal relations that arise between the various entities involved in the agency employment process. These entities are the user, the employment agency and the temporary agency worker. This bachelor's thesis deals with the production of castings made of a non-ferrous metals, mainly of the alluminium alloy. The main emphasis is on the tilt casting method. The main focus of this work is introduction of the whole casting proces from task to casting of a specific product. Among another thing, are introduced a foundry technical equipments and a computer support. For a comparison are in the work included other metodes of casting alluminium alloys, mainly the gravity casting.

My bachelor thesis "Business and cultural particularities of Paraguay" aims to analyze the habits and the style of business negotiation in Paraguay. In my first part of my bachelor thesis I am trying to describe the basic information about Paraguay, its economy and development. The second part is about cultural particularities and the third part about the particularities in business negotiation, that tries to describe the meaning of the word "maňana".
