Cyber Security: US - Chinese Relations

This diploma thesis deals with cyber relation of the United States of America and the People's republic of China. The aim of this diploma thesis is to answer the following questions: What kind of cyber threat for the United States does China represent? How is China's cyber strategy characterised? How do USA react on this threat and what are the gaps in this reaction? The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with definition of cyberwarfare and its perception in Chinese context. The second chapter analyses USA - China relation and its implication for cyber security. Analýza vybraných národných eHealth stratégií a návrh koncepcie pre Českú republiku

This diploma thesis is dedicated to the analysis of eHealth strategies of the German speaking countries and to the proposal of a conception for the Czech Republic. The first part is dedicated to theory. At the beginning, it provides a brief review of the literature which has already been written about this topic. Further, it deals with the topic and definition of eHealth in general, its history, applications, benefits, and the way how eHealth is approached by the European Union. The second chapter provides analysis of eHealth and its technologies in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. At the end of the chapter, the comparison of the current states of eHealth in these countries is conducted. The third chapter deals with the current state of eHealth in the Czech Republic. The last chapter is dedicated to the proposal of the conception for the Czech Republic.

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of information technology by the US intelligence agencies. The thesis is divided into three parts: introduction to the topic of intelligence agencies, especially those of the United States, analysis of their use of information technology and relation of the field of informatics to the field of international relations. The aim of the thesis is to define the place of intelligence agencies and their information technology in international relations and to identify another fields where informatics and international relations are interconnected.

The essay titled Pantomimer Miroslav Kasprzyk is based on biographical elaboration of the life and journey through the pantomime to conversations. Interviews incurred during a meeting in Slovakia or common chatting via the internet media called gmail.com. This work is based on the chronological Kasprzyk?s study period, the period when he was an amateur, his development as an amateur to the professional and work with children in the study of Kasprzyk. Thereafter the paper is elaborating Kasprzyk?s work in pantomime in Slovakia and its contribution and his endeavor to maintain this genre in the minds of children and adults. In this work there are many quotations from Miroslav Kasprzyk which were developed during the interview. This work also contains quotes of the study about Kasprzyk, which were acquired through the email communication. This report is discussing the world of Miroslav Kasprzyk, personal as well as artistic. Uncovering his determination to fight for the genre of pantomime in Slovakia. The meetings with him were for me as the author of this work, rewarding and inspiring in realizing how to follow my artistic journey.
