The bachelor’s thesis is intended for technical documentation of welded constructions teaching. There are 12 welded assembly settings as a part of the thesis, in appendix. The bachelor’s thesis shows lists of different used types of technical documentation, including all essentials.
Manipulator of pack

This work is about construcion of a manipulator to be used in paper manufacturing. The manipulator is desinged to turn a package of cellulose placed on a roller conveyor. Turning of the package is necessary for unwrapping and cleaness control of cellulose. Design was made based on analytical calculation and was verified using computer simulation. Pneumatic valves and an electric motor were utilized in the manipulator. The manipulator operates automatically.
Design of hydraulic travel of reaper`s drive unit

This diploma thesis deals with a design of hydraulic reaper’s drive unit and continual realization of its real prototype. The unit is designed with freelance wheel drive, continual change of speed and direction. A part of a drive unit is a remote control, which is primarily used for control of movement and mowing. On the base of research analysis the conception design was created, which has to fulfill all the needed requirements for build of prototype and its subsequent testing. Engineering design was performed in Autodesk Inventor 2012. Realized prototype was built by sponsor company. The components were chosen with regard to their functionality, quality and cost.
Scissors for metal waste

This thesis is focused on the innovation of already made hydraulic shears which are primarily used for cutting metal waste to a prescribed size. The aim is therefore to solve the problem of the bending of the shearing arm, the optimization of the number of cycles and thus increasing the efficiency of the shears. Part of the thesis will be also dedicated to energy savings. The secondary purpose is to familiarise the reader with the material cutting process using the shears – equipment used for cutting scrap metal, partial production of metal alloys, and to highlight the importance of metal recycling. The thesis includes a drawing of the assembly of the hydraulic shears.
Measurement of Deflection of Filtration Fabric

This bachelor thesis deals with measurements of deflection of filter fabrics of rotating disc filters segment. The main goal is established dependence of deflection of filter fabrics of the pressure at different preload. First part reviews different types of filter devices and their functions. Main focus is on rotation filter discs and their rotation parts. In the next part different filter fabrics are described, different ways of their production and examination of some of their characteristics. The measurements of deflection of fabrics are documented as well as used methodology. In the final part the data obtained from the measurements are evaluated and possible application in manufacture is discussed.
Folding mechanism for mobile satellite antenna

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design and construction of a manipulating mechanism for a satellite antenna, mainly for use on vehicles that will be able to work even in adverse weather conditions. The design and manufacturing of the device should provide sufficient positioning accuracy and toughness of the structure. Since this is a prototype therefore the design solutions should be chosen with regard to simplicity of production.
Sports car for people with disabilities

The master thesis deals with the engineering design and realization of a sports electric vehicle for disabled people. The first part of thesis summarize competitive vehicles on market and also the necessary theoretical knowledge for the design phase. After analyzing the research and determine the resulting vehicle concept follows the draft design. In this section based on calculations was chosen the solutions and necessary components for a vehicle. The following section describes the structure of the vehicle in implementing selected components. In conclusion, the evaluation of the proposed solution.
Mechanical design of plastic parts crusher

The thesis focuses on the construction of shredder of plastic components produced by 3D printers. The aim of the thesis is to design a shredder whose output components, the so-called flakes, could be used to produce recycled filament. The first part of the thesis covers an analysis of technology of shredding. Furthermore, the properties of shredded material and the requirements for the quality of output granules are determined. Based on the research, the parameters for the efficient shredder are defined. In accordance with these parameters, several variants are created, from which the final design of the two-stage shredder is selected and constructed.
Residential Minicaravan

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design and construction of a small habitable caravan for two people. It is designed to be used exclusively in summer months. Thanks to the design and manufacturing, the caravan should offer sufficient comfort for short trips. The caravan has adequate sleeping space for two people, storage space and a kitchen with basic appliances. The gross-caravan weight mustn’t exceed 750 kg, so that a person with a driving license type “B” can operate it. The caravan frame is made of steel and wooden profile, the outer layer is made of aluminium sheet and the inner cladding of plywood. The whole frame is installed on a serial made chassis of the ALUX-27 trailers from Agados. The thesis will contain a possible construction design, draft and drawings.

This thesis deals with structural design of testing device for moving parts of refrigerating devices, including functional design of drives, mechanical protection against overload and 3 design types of handles are included as well. First part describes appropriate selection of drive. Following part deals with calculations of spheroidal screw durability and calculations of mechanical protection. Final part consists of the design itself and technical drawings, according to which was the machine produced.
