Design of equipment for testing and measurement control forces car seats
Vincenc, Josef ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The Master’s thesis deals with development of universal equipment for testing and measurement operating forces of car seats. It describes tests applied on car seats and shows a few examples of equipment for testing. The design part of the thesis deals with development of multipurpose testing equipment using of Modular Function Deployment™ approach. The design of the equipment is done in 5 steps according to mentioned approach. The final part of the thesis includes a risk analysis of the new device and conclusion.

Study and comparison of CNC control systems
Nytra, Tomáš ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to create research of state-of-art of implemented CNC cycles of controll systém. At first the basic problematice of programming numerical control with possibility of own programming. Then the thesis is focused on properties of control systems of companies Beckhoff and Siemens. There are analyzed functions of individual cycles, their features and parametrs, finished with mutual comparison. Ending of thesis is devoted to the development of a macro for two missing cycles of Bekchoff system.

Design of interconnections and program modules for robotic cell control for parts creation
Fursov, Ihor ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes design of interconnections and program modules for robotic cell control for parts creation. Research of this work is focused on industrial comunication protocols. The next part analyzes separate parts of the cell and their ways of connection. Futhermore, control structures of the cell are proposed and after comparison of them SCADA system structure was chosen. Project of connecting separate devices is done in Wonderware Systém Platform. The next step describes procedure of interconection of parts of the cell with each other. Then was designed visualization to operate robotic cell and to illustrate its state. Whole visualization was created using Wonderware InTouch program. In conclusion thesis is reviewed.

Design of single-purpose machine for pressing bearings in pulleys
Roupec, Michal ; Továrek, David (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
Purpose of this thesis is to make constructional modification of single-purpose pressing machine for Huisman Konstrukce, s.r.o. company. Present machine is non-operational and not enough powerful for present requests of workshop. Intended modifications are to describe present condition of machine, find present requirements and design simple modifications. All modifications are checked by calculations and sketched in shop drawings. There were also made alternative options of modification to show machine more versatile and automatic.

Modification of 3D milling machine to 3D printer
Halamíček, Lukáš ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This thesis deals with rebuilding of engraving machine to 3D printer. In the first part it describes possible 3D printing technologies and its utilizations in rebuilding. In the next section suitable parts for reconstruction are chosen and described. Then the controlling of heating bed, hot end and filament feed is realized by using software TwinCAT by company Beckhoff. Functional 3D printer should be result of this thesis.

Design of core shooting machine with a fixed head with a capacity 30dm3
Mátl, Pavel ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with core shooter with stationary shooting head with a volume of 30dm3. Introductory part is about development of the foundry industry, divison and development of the machines for the core shooting and about technologies of the core production. It also marginally deals with core shooters. It describes the operation principle of a single position CB core shooter for vertically and horizontally divided cores. The thesis includes three-dimensional constructional design with a description of all parts and stress analysis of chosen components performed by using finite element method.
