This masters thesis is focused on a comparation between agricultures of Czech republic and Hungary. The comparison is done for the periods before and after entering the European union. The goal of the thesis is to observe the influence of the Common agricultural policy on the agriculture of both countries. An analysis of development of selected macroeconomic indicators and products was performed.

The bachelor thesis focuses on possibilities of financing product innovations in Cofin, a. s. The theoretical part explains terms, that relate to innovation, possibilities of financing innovations, analysis of company environment, and financial analysis. The analytical part contains characteristics of the observed company, next it contains a description of subject product innovation and it contains an analysis of the company's environment together with a financial analysis. The proposal part contains proposals of variants of financing of planned innovation and at the end, it contains an evaluation and proposal of the solution of the given problem.

Proposal of innovation in the form of publication in a small business

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of innovation in companies with a specific application for the accounting company AF. The first part of the work is focused on the theoretical basis associated with the issue of innovation. In the analytical part, the company AF is characterized in terms of basic data and is subjected to strategic analyses PESTLE and SWOT. Part of the work is also a questionnaire survey, based on which was created own proposal for innovation in the form of an educational e-book for company AF. The innovation proposal was also validated using the Net Present Value calculation method.

Theoretical part describes concepts that are related with inovations and this part describes possibilities of financing in company. The practical part describes characteristics of company and possibilities of financing. The conclusion include an evaluation and suggestion to solve the problem.

The impact of innovation activities on the foreign trade of the company

The diploma thesis deals with the impact of innovative assets on the foreign trade of a selected food business. On the basis of theoretical part, an analysis is made of the selected company, which consists of a financial analysis, PESTE analysis, Porter's analysis, competition analyses and analyses of specific innovations. At the end of a thesis, the results achieved are evaluated. At the same time, solutions are proposed to improve the current state of innovation in the company under observation.

This master’s thesis deals with the influence of innovation activities on foreign trade of a particular company. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with knowledge from the field of competitiveness, international trade and innovation. The second, practical part of the thesis analyses the influence of the performed innovation on the foreign trade of the company in the form of sales, operating profit and ROA, established and tested hypotheses. The aim of the thesis is, based on the assessment of the impact of product innovation on foreign trade, to propose appropriate measures in the field of foreign or domestic market for a particular company.

The practical part includes basic information about the company, compares its actual state of equity with its debt, and evaluates the possibilities for financing innovation and changing the business model.

Témou tejto bakalárskej práce sú možnosti vstupu firiem na zahraničné trhy v rámci Európskej Únie. V práci sa bližšie zameriavame na českú spoločnosť ETA a ich potenciál na vstup na dánsky trh. Práca pozostáva z teoretickej, analytickej a praktickej časti v ktorej sa bližšie zameriavame na analýzu nielen dánskeho trhu ale aj spoločnosti a ich možností vstupu. V teoretickej časti sa zameriavam ako na medzinárodný obchod taktiež na rôzne možnosti vstupu. Analytická časť sa bližšie zameriava na spoločnosť ETA a ich produkty ako aj na analýzu dánskeho trhu, analýzy SWOT, PESTE a Poterovú analýzu. V praktickej časti vyberieme jednu možnosť vstupu, ktorú by sme odporučili práve spoločnosti ETA a taktiež zhrnieme náklady spojené so vstupom na nový trh.
